Matty Taylor would be worth a punt.

Matty Taylor would be worth a punt. I think when Jamie White sheds the excess timber he'll start ahead of Taylor. Maybe? But surely if Brunty stays with us & stays fit he'll top the charts?

Not so sure. Think Taylor is the main man. Well, Taylor is number 10 and White number 14, make of that what you will. Were you there Tuesday? Thought Taylor proved a lot already. Yes it's a friendly, but he is talented. His record at Chester (6 in 6 in a poor team) sums up what he can do when given the chance. I think Brunt would have bee perfect alongside him on Tuesday, I think he will be an important player.... but I don't think he is a goalscorer. He'll get a fair few, but I think he's going to be more important bringing others into the game.

If Brunt shows any form, he'll be gone in January.

or, he will stay and get us out of this league ? You never know, he might feel he owes us.

I've just got a hunch White will be the more prolific of the 2. Interesting to see how things shape out.

You reckon he was thinking that when he put pen to paper knowing full well he wouldn't last another 3 games? You are talking about an old word called loyalty there. It doesn't exist much, and why would it at brfc anyway? More chopping and changing than most clubs.

40-1 to score more than we concede 100-1 down with this kind of thing

I assumed the training kits matched the number they will be given... they all were the same number on their shirts v cheltenham...

A lot will depend on who we get in between now and the start of the season. If we can find two wingers,a centre midfielder and another striker then who he plays is anyone's guess and of course that selection will very much influence who scores the most goals. There could be times where Brunt is played up front with Taylor and White,if we get two wingers in who can get behind the defence then we could see Taylor and White together and that is ignoring the possibilty that we might see a new striker who is better than all three!! It will all depend on creativity-in my opinion that is what we still lack and is the reason why the next 4 or 5 signings are so important to the season.

I see Brunt more as someone who creates chances for others and brings them into play. Hopefully White and Taylor will benefit from this type of play and they could be a decent shout for top goal scorer.

I think it is safe to say anyone who has backed these can rip their slips up!
