The only way he is going to get better is if we slag him off on here or better still shout abuse directly at him from the terraces. He's got to be told. We've tried that haven't we?

In my opinion he's good. Probably my favourite player. He his first touch is awful but he's so unpredictable.

The sad thing is he scored 4 good goals in the pre season leading up to the first game yet did not get sellected in the team.,I wonder if he fell out with the management over this when other players who were not scoring got picked..I think I recall someone saying that he wasnt improving enough...sad really because i think he has potential if you can get it out of him,his first touch does let him down..

I'm sure he's a really nice guy, but I've seen enough of him to say he's not going to be good enough to play League football.

He only scored because he playered in the second string games V Mangotsfield etc.
It's a bit worrying he's clearly available for loan but no Conference side seems interested in taking him, or he's not interested in joining them.
I guess come January he'll be another player where we'll be forced to buy up the rest of his contract, in order to get him off the books.

Blissett gets twenty minutes or so of Division two football and is written off. I wonder if he had managed to score a goal in that time what the thoughts on him would be. After all our top scorer has amassed far more game time and only managed four goals and to listen to some on here he is a world beater.

He hasn't been purely judged on those 20 minutes. He's becoming a laughing stock and it will be best for both parties that he eventually gets moved on.

Easter's clearly played at a decent level and Taylor scored 20 goals last season, meanwhile Blisset was sent back by Grimsby after a poor loan spell with them. Sadly for Blisset I can the best future for him is now playing for a top 10 Conference side. Which he was before we bought him.

The problem with Bliss is his weak mentality IMO. To get the better of your opponent as a striker you need aggression, Bliss is to nice simples. The 20 mins against County was his chance to say to DC * you im going all out guns blazing, fall out with defender, be animated, get a yellow for being nasty ect. Instead he disappeared and failed to make required impact.
I hope he improves and does well but something is clearly missing that is stopping him from being that player we all wished he would become. Love to be proved wrong but our club cannot afford to carry passengers anymore.

Have "read above" and just posted a fact about his game time in Div Two. Strange how some have forgotton what our manager said about him less than a year ago when he joined us. If we need to get him out the door to bring in another option we really do have big problems. I for one in his position would not be going anywhere after giving up a full time job/part time footballer to come here. After all the big time charlies we have paid stupid money to over the years, I would hardly think his wages are on a par with the likes of Mildenhall who is paid biig money to sit on the bench every week and nobody seems to be complaining about that.Whatever happens to Nathan I for one will never call him a laughing stock unlike the previously mentioned big time charlies who were laughing at us all the way to the bank.

He could come good, needs stewy to do some one on one training, and then play to his strengths, looked unplayable for kiddie, but looked like "Bambi on ice" the other night.
Needs to be stronger, but bet he is on low wages, so let's get him out on loan again maybe back to Kiddie and hope he gets some confidence.

I'm afraid to say, compared to Blissett, Easter is a World beater..! When we signed him, people (myself included)were making optimistic comparisons between him and Devon White...if only..! He has had plenty of chances to stake his claim and failed. It's a cruel game sometimes, but the harsh reality is he simply is not good enough.

You will be telling me next Taylor is a world beater and if you consider a couple of substitute appearances amounting to twenty minutes is "plenty of chances" you really are hard to please. I suggest you look back less than twelve months ago what our manager said at the time about him and as far as I am aware DC has not added to his previous comments recently. I

No one likes to pan their own players but there comes a time when you've got to be tough, there are other strikers out there who would relish Bissetts position.
DC threw down the gauntlet pre season but the lad hasn't stepped up.

I What can DC say about him, he's done nothing to warrant any comments I suggest you look at his goals per game ratio for last season mate..and one of those was a lucky rebound off his shin..! yes even Taylor (21 goals last season) is a world beater compared to him. The bloke that removes the voucher out of my season ticket every week could do a better job than Blissett
