Not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet but there's a lot of changes at Radio Bristol. Geoff Twentyman is starting a daily sports programme next week, from 6 to 7pm every weekday. Rovers get the Thursday slot, entitled 'Having A Gas'. I'm going to be a guest on his first ever episode, on Thursday 21st. www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p03f5l6kP.S. Avoid the Monday slot. It's the noisy neighbours... Tues = Rugby, Wed = other local sports, Fri - Round up of the week, and a look forward to the weekend action. |

a reminder that this starts tmw evening.
Mike jay just said to me that he spoke to Geoff20man at the Rovers Football in the Community Walking football session at Fishponds last night. He did interviews with Pete Aitken and a couple of the veteran footballers. This may well be on the show tmw or soon.

Really enjoyed listening to Manse there, well worth a listen if you can get it on catch up. Coming from someone who hasnt got alot of patience with listening to an hour of radio!

Listened while i worked and have to say Credit to Radio Bristol that was a good show, Mansell was very good to listen to and our Martin talked well as usual...can't beat a bit of Bully!

Fantastic hour long interview with Lee Mansell live last night. Question and answer session with some fans came across really well. Frank answers and some really good laughs. Geoff Twentyman did really well. It's worth a listen on their site under "Having a Gas" every Thursday 6-7 all Gas related.
