obviously we're hoping an Ellis inspired Hartlepol does us a favour at Accrington tonight though that seems unlikely now with them being 2-0 down at half time but do you think the other L2 teams playing in the FA Cup are hindered by another game before Saturday. Wycombe Northampton and Portsmouth have all tough games though Portsmouth currently winning ..... Oh and West Brom now !!!!

Accers 3-0 the break doesn't seem to have done them any harm.

Well them winning tonight is sure to give them confidence v Oxford - hoping Northampton and Wycombe losing does affect confidence and fitness playing tough games on a very cold night |

Yep points in the bag are real at this stage - cold weather now can lead to further postponements and sure Accringtons squad isn't that big to sustain 3 games a week in the run in

The Accrington away game looks another crucial one, as lose that and they could be a point behind us with 4 home games in hand! Avoid defeat, or better, and the 4 pt, or more, gap will take some work to close.

We have been in their situation many times before and I think we would all prefer to have the points right now! They wont win them all and if anymore games are called off, their squad will struggle towards the end of the season having to play twice a week for the last couple of months.
