With the current trends towards anything retro at the moment and a feel good factor that comes with having the old Rovers back, I think a great idea to get fans involved would be a retro shirt day. Fill the Mem up with classic gas colours and history. Thought I'd plug the idea on here and see if there's any enthusiasm for it?
I was thinking possibly the Mansfield game on the 12th of March as it should be a bit warmer then and most people who would have got this seasons shirts would have done by then.

Would be good to do in conjunction with the club...a great opportunity to bring in 2 or 3 retro shirts on a limited edition basis. Maybe get one signed by the team that would have worn it as a competition prize. Lots of potential.

Cracking idea - unfortunately it would need BB to have some imagination, organisation and motivation, three qualities he sadly lacks when it comes to merchandising opportunities!

How old does it have to be to be considered retro? Sadly I only started going regularly in 1999 so the vast majority of my old shirts just make me miserable.
