This Saturday we are away at Wycombe and they are at Forest. Why has this happened? Have we had any dates where we have both been scheduled to play at home because the reverse fixtures don't match dates?
Either way I can't understand why this needs to happen and I bet it never does in Manchester or Liverpool or maybe even Nottingham!

why are we concerned about that little club south of the river we are Bristol Rovers we do what we want I'm sure that if it happens this way around (both away) then it can and probably will happen the other way around and we may lose a Saturday game because we all know that the village plod can't cope with both clubs being at home at the same time even though we are on opposite sides of town. It is treating both clubs and the city of Bristol as being inconsequential (same as all those in the national media that call us both Bristol) I bet the fixture compilers make sure it doesn't happen in Manchester that both clubs are away or home at the same time.

Think we are still at Twerton

International weekends. We were at home to Oxford for example during one of these weekends and the championship make up those games on Tuesday nights when we didn't play. If they played those weekends then we'd both be at home at the same time.

I'm certain this has happened already this season? Whilst it's a bit unusal does it really matter, as it's not like fans still watch both teams as they use to in the past?

Don't understand the question. There's only one team in Bristol

I'm pretty sure we're both away quite often. We only don't play at home on the same day for obvious reasons other than one game last season think it was the play off against FG.

Yes that is correct it did happen because TV contracts overruled the plod. Both clubs had capacity crowds and there was no trouble and so no reason that we cant both play at home at the same time again then!

If you were going to participate in an organised crime you'd wait until we were both at home because the police would be very stretched policing two matches at the same time. Im pretty sure we played at different times on that play off day.
