Put back a week, now on Tuesday 15th March.
No surprise there, as we need to confirm three new Directors.
The Resolution regarding 31 Filton Ave remains, that will generate questions from me and a few others.

NH and all other previous Board members, apart from Supporters Club BSS and KM, cannot attend as they are no longer shareholders.
Whether they are invited to attend by the new Board, I have no idea. TW will be in attendance even though he is not a Board member or the Financial Director.
On that basis, we may be able to ask him questions, with the permission of the new Board.

Regarding your last point, yes, we have to confirm the appointment of the new Board members and cannot see anyone wishing to object to them.

Surely only TW will attend if he's still an employee of the club on 15th, will that still be the case?

Surely only TW will attend if he's still an employee of the club on 15th, will that still be the case? It is usual for all Board members and the Financial Director, who is not a Director, to attend an AGM.
The letter from TW says "I look forward to seeing you on the night with Steve Hamer", so I hope he will be there as I have many questions for him.
Whether the new owner attends, I've no idea. I would suspect that he will make every effort to attend his first AGM, it depends on any prior appointments that night.

Dont go to hard on Toni will you Maybe remind him of his two classic quotes:-
1 - We were only in the relegation zone for 10 mins 2 - NH's missing 2.9m shares were a typo mistake.
