Not his biggest fan but I have to admit he has been bloody good since he has been back between the sticks this seasons. Fair play to him.

Couldn't agree more, I was worrying that in my opinion fans remembered mildy for what he was and and not what he is now. But the last few games especially Portsmouth he has shown some brilliant return to form it's just a shame we seem to be suffering a bit of a blip on othr departments

Agree with op but thought he should of come for their goal today. The ball travelled along way and a dominant keeper would of been there to either catch or punch such a long delivery.

He made some good stops today, but for their goal he made to come then backed off...a moment's hesitation and it was in the net.

Very happy for Mildy once again, making some crucial saves. A keeper in form is essential to secure a play-off spot.

Came back into the team 15 games ago and what an impact. Some of his saves have helped propel us into the position we are now. He is as important to our promotion push as matty Taylor, Tom and lines. Cheers Steve, thanks for sticking with it. You deserve any plaudits heading your way.

He's earned my respect with the way he kept his head down and got on with it while he was out of the team, he's shown his professionalism and when his chance came he was ready to grab it with both hands, I think it was the right decision to drop him as he wasn't playing well and was making terrible errors, but he's certainly proven himself more than worthy of the return, 9 more games to go. I wonder why the OP isn't Mildenhalls biggest fan given that he has acknowledged tha he has been very good since being back in the team? I think he has conducted himself very professionally and is a very good keeper at this level. I don't really know why it was necessary to day you aren't a fan.

I have backed Mildy all the way, even when every man and his dog thought he was ready for the knackers yard..
Mildy is a class act on and off the pitch and will be for a few seasons to come.

Me too, he had a dodgy spell after his injury but every keeper has an off spell, if it can happen to Joe Hart it can happen to any keeper.! Mildy is a top class guy and still a good keeper, I'd be more than happy to see him here next season

It's not just about handling, positioning, shot stopping etc. Mildy has that presence and experience. When he came back you could see the players infront of him looked more settled, confident and solid. That's what a keeper with presence does for defenders and our lads just weren't getting that with the string of loan keepers.

Surely that was the issue last season, he simply looked all over the place as did the back 4, Puddy came in and steady the ship? Whether it was a lack of confidence or just that he wasn't fully fit he now seems to have got his form back. We've got our Mildy back!
