I'm still trying to work out how Billy missed that sitter at the end of the first half. He needs to tune that right peg of his.
What made me giggle was a bloke in front of me stood up and shouted "your ducking useless Lines, you're ducking sh1t, you couldn't score in a brothel" it was my Mrs who pointed out to him it was Bodin. He went a bit red.

What's encouraging about these highlights is that, although by all accounts we weren't at our best, there is some lovely creative football being played. The first move shown is great and the goal itself is well worked. Given that the squad was hit by illness that was a very good result yesterday.

It was a game and a performance that lacked....something.
We didn't really ever look like losing but other than a couple of flashes from Monty we didn't look like winning either.
It was a much better game once we scored and I was impressed with Ollie Mac and Ellis in the short time they were on. Their defensive pairing looked sh** scared when Harrison was running at them with pace.
I don't know if he's 90 mins fit yet but Harrison did enough yesterday to warrent Easters starting place. Actually, both front players did.

Yesterday, was against a tired Mansfield defence and Ellis still very naive too like getting booked and shooting at the end when he should have kept the ball. The last thing we need is him starting and getting sent off and losing our momentum. I feel like he should be used as a sub for now in the last 20 minutes of games.

Next week is going to be a tough physical battle and we have got to be ready for it.We will need some height and muscle upfront in order to get at Newport.

Unreal pass from linesy to Montana and a pretty unreal volleyed pass from Monty to Matty. Although didn't their whinging manager say it was a shank?
