Looks like it is, only 700 left for north terrace and a similar amount for East terrace. Really hope we aren't giving dag red 1200 for this fixture.

A season ticket for the Blackthorn costs £260 which equates to £11.30p a game. If you were able to purchase 23 early bird tickets at £16 the cost would be £368. Therefore you can afford to miss 7 games before a season ticket is not viable. Adding in the cost of Category A games, it is probably 8 games. In addition you do not have the hassle or waste time buying tickets on line or incurring costs in additional visits to the Mem. Taking all the factors into account you could probably miss 9 out of 23 games before a season ticket becomes unviable. However I do appreciate that everyone's circumstances are different. Just some facts to consider when weighing up the pros and cons. Not to mention you get priority on away games.

As a full season ticket holder - how many children under 11 can i purchase free season tickets for - if they become members of the club?

A few years ago, it was easy to get tickets for anywhere in the ground. Like some others on here I buy my tickets, usually over the phone with an arrangement that I picked them up at the matchday window because my post is not reliable. I did this game by game, because circumstances dictate that I can't get to every game. There was never a problem getting a ticket anywhere in the ground.
Going to watch the GAS wasn't as popular as it is now. I remember that for one evening game, I asked what time the match started and the response that I got from a lovely lady at the other end of the phone was "what time can I get there!!!!".
Times change and I am not sure that the infrastructure is coping too well with the recent increase in demand. You can't even buy tickets over the phone at the moment and the online experience isn't great. It is one thing that the management need to address for the future because there is a massive amount of confusion at the moment - I am even finding it really difficult to get beamback tickets at the moment having tried at the club shop at last weekends game and doing it online today.
Times have changed haven't they.

I'm afraid demand for tickets goes up with a successful playing team - way of the world.
Club seems to be coping with it okay in my opinion, aside from the FGR away farce in the play-offs last year (not all BRFC's fault), I have never seen someone who *really* wants tickets not be able to get one.
Maybe we need a new stadium? According to some we don't.

Anyone still having problems with online tickets? Or has the West Enclosure sold out for D&R? most probably has because the amount available online has been very low for several days now (less than 30). that bit always sells out early compared to other terraces. high percentage of ST holders. it is occasionally worth checking again though as tickets sometimes pop up until the point comes where you cannot click on that section at all. then it is 100% sold out.

According to some we don't. considering how much of a rise of interest there has been over the past year I also think the club have coped quite well, especially with an aging stadium and no systemic investment from previous owners (obviously busy with court cases & relegation) the bottom line is that we should be glad we have such a large floating fanbase. lots of clubs would die for it and it must be the main reason the takeover happened.

Really hope we aren't giving dag red 1200 for this fixture. in a strange way the fact that people are buying such a long way in advance is good as it should give us time to sort something out. you would hope an Alfreton style arrangement could happen again. D&R would probably bring similar numbers (less than 100? - or are there lots of sick floating fans who want to see their final game in the FL?)
