Been trying to book tickets for the North Terrace this morning, but keep getting rejected with message "Sorry- we are unable to hold seats - no method of delivery". is anyone else having this problem? called the shop and was told everything is fine and they are not taking bookings over the phone. Not going to be impressed if I cannot get tickets when they are available. 1300 left in the North Terrace according to the site.

Must be a bug in the system.

I always hated buying tickets online. For the FGR game I ended up getting seats in the south stand because the east stand was 'sold out' by mistake
Fingers crossed this is something the new owners will sort out as part of improving the business side of the club

I'm not one to suggest to others how they spend their cash, if available, but considering what's going on, what's happening, season ticket has to be the way forward.

A season ticket is a great option if you live close enough to be able to make most home games, sadly it's not the case for me, so I will continue to battle with the website! UTG

I am a season ticket holder, however my daughter, who is a doctor, has to pick a choose her games due to the demands of her work. I offer to sort her out a ticket and initially was foiled by the system. Its wasn't a good experience calling to club shop either as the woman kept telling me that "You can't book seats in the North terrace, its a terrace" which i obviously know already. Also being told she would not take a booking over the phone didn't help. 1 1/2 hours later i managed to book a ticket on line. Seems like too much effort to me and may put some people off, when we are trying to attract lapsed supporter or new ones.

Maybe a thread could be started for things like this so BSS is aware of problems that occur as he probably misses them when they crop up on different threads. The new owners might be in the dark and they could appreciate a 'heads up' via Brian.

Rovers will not let you order over the phone as I normally do- online or at the shop
Instead of my normal 50 pence debit card charge and collect before each home game I was told yesterday to go online to order with a £2.25 processing fee for each match to the end of the season
I live in Nailsea but on principle I went to the ground this afternoon and purchased tickets for the 4 remaining games -2 adults and 1 over 65 costing £184 +£10 for2 adults for the Northampton Beam Back
It does not make you happy when 2 of those matches are CATEGORY A and you have to pay an extra £24 -I am in ROVERS eyes a customer not a supporter
I appreciate people will say to me shut up and get 3season tickets but it is not that easy
Anyway thanks for letting me have a little moan - my first game watching the ROVERS was 1955
Best wishes to everyone

A season ticket for the Blackthorn costs £260 which equates to £11.30p a game. If you were able to purchase 23 early bird tickets at £16 the cost would be £368. Therefore you can afford to miss 7 games before a season ticket is not viable. Adding in the cost of Category A games, it is probably 8 games. In addition you do not have the hassle or waste time buying tickets on line or incurring costs in additional visits to the Mem. Taking all the factors into account you could probably miss 9 out of 23 games before a season ticket becomes unviable. However I do appreciate that everyone's circumstances are different. Just some facts to consider when weighing up the pros and cons.

Anyone still having problems with online tickets? Or has the West Enclosure sold out for D&R?
