You must not have to hand them the book because you see st holders selling tickets to the games they cant make?? Perhaps officially you should but will be ok unless you get a 'jobsworth'?

You're meant to rip the ticket from the book in front of the person operating the turnstile, but I see people just handing the tickets over all the time.
As above I reckon it would usually be fine just to hand the ticket over unless you get a jobsworth

I always rip the ticket out whilst queuing up, then hand it to the bloke without showing my booklet. Never been asked to show my booklet once in the last 6 years as a ST holder.

Have to show your book if you're in a seat though.

Will all be resolved when we get a 'credit card' type of season ticket. - next season? probably not but certain when we get the new stadium.

I tear my ticket out in the queue and just hand it over, never a problem. I do show the book to the steward on the steps as I make my way to my seat in the Dribuild though.

They don't need to see your ticket at the turnstile (I always rip it out myself) but if you're in a seated area you'll need the book to get past stewards

Technically speaking you are supposed to rip out in front of the turnstile operator but I always rip it out in the queue before and never have anyone say anything.

Me, my lad and my missus go in the Blackthorn. We never tear the ticket out at the turnstile. We don't even take the season ticket books to the game anymore. We just hand the ticket over and have never been questioned about it. Equally, when I go to the shop to buy tickets for away tickets I only ever take the voucher then as well.

Having read my post back i'm not at all surprised this has been said. In all fairness it could have been one of many to say it.

On a similar theme. Do you need a kid in tow to get into the Family Terrace? I ordered East Terract tickets for the remaining home games a few weeks ago but just noticed they've sent a wrongun for the Yeovil game!! Plan is to get through the turnstile then sneak over to the West. Otherwise I will see if I can swap tomorrow.
