About time the club realised people were making better merchandise independently than Barry could stock the shop with

The club also need match day merchandising booths dotted around the ground to sell stuff, not just programmes and 50/50's but loads of other souvenirs too.
We are missing opportunities once Pirate Leisure is inaccessible on a Sat afternoon and thousands are coming into the ground

With a potential Wembley trip ahead this is a great idea - We will need as much stock as possible.

Really refreshing to see a board embracing these sorts of things rather than distancing themselves from them.
As it happens I purchased a wonderful image of the players celebrating the winning penalty at Wembley (the one with Macca falling to his knees) on a piece of slate which sits proudly on my mantle. Really good quality! I see that particular moment as the beginning of this 'new rovers' and their emotions are captured brilliantly in that photo.

It's a move in the right direction but can you honestly see much demand for slates at £18.83 each?

With a potential Wembley trip ahead this is a great idea - We will need as much stock as possible. IF we finish in the play-offs and manage to get Wembley again, it would be interesting to see how well we handle the merchandising this time under the new board. Not having any kits in stock last time was an absolute disgrace!

They may have of course started talking to them already about it...

Gone to the effort of doing an OS article on these slates, was expecting to see some pictures of them. Or at least a link..

Feel like I'm moaning, I'm not but I dunno if we could make the word 'shop' hid away at the top of the screen there a little bigger and fancy so a). you can find it more easily and b). make people want to click on it (i.e DISCOUNTS ON SEVERAL ITEMS, etc etc)

I know the guy who's in charge of Errea and he told me he's just made a 22k order with the club.
Nice guy, gave me x2 tickets for the daggers game to.

Hope the shop start stocking the hoodies etc that Cross Swords make. Nice to be able to wear a hoodie to an away game that all Rovers fans would know what it is but away fans, pubs etc wouldn't. Also means you can stay out after a game as a lot of pubs on Gloucester Road get a bit funny about football fans.
