ok I have spoken to the club and we have had the following reply from David the safety officer
So lets all be sensible and keep within his comments and deck the Mem with flags
As I said David has relented on this for this game so don't abuse the offer
UTG
Hi Paul
I must confess that I am not entirely comfortable with flags on sticks in what will be a crowded terrace on the 7th May. The North Terrace is slightly different to the spacious seated areas at Wembley!
However, I have no wish to be a killjoy so small flags on small sticks will be acceptable. I do stress that small sticks similar to those shown in your photographs would be acceptable but anyone with larger flags on thick poles will be refused entry and stewards will be briefed accordingly.
Regards
David Harper
Safety Officer

Lol. Looking forward to seeing 3 small flags next week then. Seriously, what happens if we lose on Sat? Are we still supposed to party like it's 1999?

Why not? It's been a great season, whatever happens. Why not show our appreciation of DC, the team & Wael?

Why not? It's been a great season, whatever happens. Why not show our appreciation of DC, the team & Wael? By waving flags? I'm all up for innovation btw. However, you'd need more than 1000 to do it to make it worth while right? Our mob can't even sing GI all the way through let alone purchase, bring and wave a flag. You'd have to buy them yourself and hand them out. Even then people will look at you like a slimey turd.
