So, fantastic day. And it's polite to say thank you;
To DC for creating a team to be proud of, the like of which I haven't seen since the era of GF. A team that play to the last kick of every match, that are so much better than the sum of its parts.
To the team. You play for each other. We like to think you play for us too. Together you are stronger. Special thanks this season to Mildy for stepping up. Great personal strength. To Browner. Hero. To Bodin, your skill and goals in the last half dozen games got us over the line. To MT for the goals.
To the creators and mods on this forum. Thanks for keeping nme, and people like me up to date and connected. To the rest of you for sharing.
To NH. You weren't perfect. But you kept the club going and really tried.
To Wael. For giving us hope.
To John Thompson for his vids
To my dad and brother, both gone now, who made sure I followed the right team in Bristol.
Thanks.

Ad to all the fantastic Gasheads who have shared in one of the bests seasons I can remember and made the experience so much the better for it.

Thanks to every single other Gashead because without fans there is no Bristol Rovers. You think you're a spectator but you are the quarters. You make it all possible. Staff come and go, as do owners, but you are the soul, the fabric of this club.
Am I excluding the team, owner and staff? No! They're fans too, fans we employ. One of our own.
I could cry. I've never been so happy. I must have moshed with a hells Angel, a solicitor and a parking warden. That is what is so great about football, not just our branch of the game, look how it brings all classes together and renders memories to last a lifetime. Father to son, mother to daughter...
At the end of the day it's a silly game with a ball but Jesus I've compared how I felt on 92 mins to anything else in my life - sex, drugs, booze, success you name it and I can't beat the rush and authentic power of that experience.
Still not slept and still drinking now!
