Or a Supporters Club on one bit, and a Hooters on the other? No Supporters club, bigger Hooters. I like your thinking.

Top quality policing from A&S. They could have easily cleared the road but eventually closed it in the end allowing for a great pee up! Yep fair play they kept their distance and let us get on with it. Bobbys newsagents must have had a record day im fairly sure we pizzed off plenty of motorists trying to negotiate the a38 but I did enjoy watching the double decker buses doing u turns, I hope they were full of teds trying to get to the south side and if you joined in the "we shut the Gloucester Road" chant/song I started it

While I will miss Gloucester Road and terracing, the Mem site is simply not suitable for redevelopment. While I don't want an 'out of town' stadium, I think the UWE location is pretty good compared to a lot if new grounds. Still in our heartlands and surrounded by urban areas. Maybe we could look into running shuttle buses the short distance from Glos Rd on match days? To make up for the lack of pubs around the ground start at the vic, pub crawl down Gloucester RD to Montpelier train station then 5 minute hop to abbeywood station missing out all the traffic. Perfect. Brilliant idea except that Abbeywood and Montpellier are not on the same line. To go from Montpellier to Abbeywood involves a change at TM or if you are lucky Stapleton Road. So it ain't going to work. i really want to stay where we are but in a much better stadium. The Gloucester Road was fantastic Saturday but it is a great place to be every week!

Is it still going on? I'm gutted I couldn't make it Saturday, I could pop-up there this evening if it is!
