IF and it's a very big IF, Matty Taylor moves on to another club, a good replacement would be a Mr Andy Williams of Doncaster ?.
He has local connections ( His wife is from bristol and is a ex work colleague ), Blackpool need to reduce the player budget and is a proven 20 goal/season at this level
Thoughts ?

Anybody else expect this to be about Jamie Cureton?

Yes. I know he didn't do well first time but he was always there when the chance came, it just didn't happen for him. Bit like Taylor at the start of last season.

Matty Taylor won't be going anywhere so not even worth discussing (I hope)!!

Andy Williams will never be a prolific goalscorer - cos he ain't got COMPOSURE. Let's get someone ON THE UP from L1, L2 or Conference.

Proven in this league. I'd take him back.

Proven in this league. I'd take him back. Think he has got 16 this season in a poor team

Wasn't he top scorer the year before for Swindon too? It's a yes from me, I wouldn't imagine his wages would be phenomenal either.
Edit: finished 4th top scorer with 21 goals.

Very annoying seeing him go the first time for me.
We spent good money and invested a lot of time into him just to let him go and watch him go on to be a very good striker at league 1 level.

Forget "if Taylor leaves" if we don't keep McBurnie I'd sign him anyway, let him compete with the others, might make an excellent partner for Taylor
