Blissett was big and pacey, Tounkara was big and pacey....but if the ball just bounces off them or over them what's the point??

I hope DC gets hold of Ollie Watkins after the game today.

Just various Plymouth fans on forums really, I literally haven't seen one who thought Hartley would do well at L1 level.
I don't think its sour grapes because he turned them down, as they all seem to rate Nelson.
If you don't stop scraping you're going to put a hole in the bottom of the doom and gloom barrel! Similar sentiments here in Devon to the ones in Cornwall; Argyle fans are sad to see Hartley leave. It seems that the mysterious forum naysayers are in the minority... I'd concur with that.

Probably end up at a lower Championship club, would have loved him back though.

Probably end up at a lower Championship club, would have loved him back though. So would I, except that I don't think his heart would be in it. Why would "The Prisoner" return voluntarily to his cell?

"...Wimbledon’s low budget and the exit of key men from Oxford and Northampton arguably puts them in the best position of the promoted clubs. " That's probably true. Not sure why DC would still be interested in Nicholls. I'd rather have Spiess back*. *not really.

Lee Nicholls makes Puddy look like Schmeichel Sr.

"MK Dons are going in the right direction" - errr.... what direction is that? Down? Given they were relegated last season...

It really worries me if DC was really interested in bringing back Nicholls. Perhaps we don't have any money or perhaps DC just makes wrong decisions when it comes to keepers.

Was it Nicholls who played for us at Mansfield? He was awful.

Was it Nicholls who played for us at Mansfield? He was awful. Think you mean Newport? As far as I can remember he didn't do much wrong for us against Mansfield.
