It's a lot nicer than the UWE, but it cost about £90m and that was 8 years ago and before expansion. Probably well over £100m at today's prices. Ours is a bit more functional, but I can live with functional.

What's with the extra long roof? I presume it's just a design feature to make the design more "aesthetically pleasing"

Does it really matter what other clubs new grounds look like as surely we're not going to submit a completely new design now and have to start all over again seeking new pp?

I wasn't saying that we should submit a new design, in fact I think the UWE design looks nice. I just find it interesting looking at other designs, and my statement still stands that if, hypothetically, we were to move away from the UWE idea, something like this would look good.

Id rather build somewhere else, where we will be masters of our own destiny. Might take a few more years, but in the meantime as we carve our way through the divisions we could ground share with our Red friends. Briz can go back to the Mem. I'll get me coat, and give myself an uppercut. Ps i am gonna stand still with my eyes closed, feel free to knee me in the boll@x.PLEASE. Nurse! Independent fire - fire at will.

We wouldn't necessarily need new pp to alter the design. Building projects are often granted pp on just an initial design outline.
