Give me you're 'it's funny now' moments from last season.
I mean the 'moments' from last season that at the time felt different- but can be looked back with a smile.
To start us off:
- Leroy Lita celebrating his equaliser.
- 91 minutes of the D&G game.
- Tbone reviews of Matty Taylor.

Our home form for the first part of the season in general - coupled with JJOT's winner in the opening game as a specific moment.

it's funny now that I had to buy a ticket for the last 3 home matches I attended, but couldn't get one for the daggers match as it sold out....
didn't feel funny at the time, but I enjoyed the tv, radio, forum coverage.... it was a bit like my own version of fever pitch....
for everything a reason....
all's well that ends well...

Disagree with the last one, still not funny. -Taylor's miss just before we scored against D&R. Without a doubt. -Plymuff's last minute goals popping up on the vidiprinter. Particularly after we had got a result and were waiting for other full times. Meant F all in the end.

It's funny now that night in Stevenage, at the time I thought it was Dover all over again, it's also funny the two defeats to Accrington who we had lost to 6 times in a row only to overtake them on the final minute of the last day

The New Beginning thread.
I actually left the forum for a couple of weeks during that time as I just couldn't face all the sh** that was being thrown around.

When I look back to those cold and wet Tuesday night games against the likes of dartford , Nuneaton and Braintree and you could stand practically anywhere you wanted to in the blackthorn end, now there's no room to swing a cat!!!! Funny that !!!!

Mind the gap hahahaha. Gaps getting smaller hehehehe. How much has Landsdown spent to take that club Bristol city no Bristol city 1982 no Bristol Sport men's football division further down the league table hahahaha.
Funny that.

Gosling starting at Stevenage after months on the side lines, then having the last laugh by helping set up Browner's injury time goal.
Puddy returning to the side after injury and lasting just 60 mins.

I think that thread is responsible for a few casualties! If you look through it briefly there are plenty of deleted accounts. Gone but not forgotten!

The rumour of a goal for Wycombe while on the terraces at York. Not remotely funny at the time.

Gasheadblues, bidefordgas and tbonegas. Constant criticism of Matty Taylor only for him to end up top goalscorer in all 4 leagues.

But he misses too many chances.....chances my gran could have scored. Is the remark I heard most out in the real world. The criticism I would have is the squad lacked those able to score headed goals and so did not exploit the masses of corners and free kicks earned. Something which may need addressing in league one.
