You know what harsh? Being 15 and getting into a ruck with a group of Ruislip boys that's invading Northolt on a Friday night and getting stabbed 8 times! That's harsh. Being an inadequate keeper or too old for the big time is not!

Not sure it's a wise move to change your keeper and CH in one go? I'd stick with Mildenhall for now but Puddy was keeping him out of the team before his injury so he at least needs to be given a chance.
CM's a problem because we already have so many of them in the squad, once again I'd so how it goes, but we clearly need a replacement for MT or BB, if he moves up top. Although with emergency/short term loans gone this season I assume DC will sign a couple of extra players, perhaps on long term loan, to boost the squad numbers, if so a young striker & winger wouldn't go a miss.

Would like to see Ollie Mcburnie return, cannot see him getting any game time at Swansea, the kid has talent and think he could do well for us. Yes. & why wouldn't he? He seemed to enjoy it last season. Even if only on the bench he's involved in meaningful games in front of large crowds, not low key reserve games. I think he could be a top scorer in league 1 . He's big Powerful has ability and premier league coaching. If we're going to bring another striker in id go for him. I think he's going to be the bollocks in the next few years.

Jordan Evans in on trail for the Exeter game, that's another young left back given a trail.. Maybe we're not seeing Greenslade as a viable option?

Don't rate what I have seen of him. I liked that he grew big and physical but with that he doesn't look in great shape, bit slow. I thought he looked good in youth games against other youngsters but not rated him against men

Looks as if Kilgour is getting a lot of game time this preseason. I've never seen him play before, I'm assuming he has lots of potential?

Watching he Mangotsfield game, Yates etc seemed to really be trying to push him to command. To be fair, this is the time to test these younger players out pre season.

One of the dads who watches these matches told me last season this kid is outstanding and will go all the way. By far the best player in this age group. As for extending the squad I would like to see 2 further additions. One being an experienced younger goalkeeper and the second a creative midfield player who would possibly be our marque signing. ie if he costs money then so be it.

Not sure we need a 'marque' signing but I do agree I would like to see an attacking midfielder added and a keeper.

According to Wikipedia,Jordan Evans is only 4 foot 11 inches tall. Isnt that a bit short for league one?
