I guess this youngster from reading :-
Hammad Lawal Winger - 2nd Year Scholar
Hammed came in originally as a winger but has been playing at left back. Not to dissimilar to Jordan Obita, who we put there for two or three months when he was in the academy. Hammed has done really well there and has developed into the role and as a defender. He gets involved in the game in front of him too and does a lot of good attacking with his winger as well. He may return to the wing, but it’s really good experience for him at the moment.
Date of Birth: 03/09/1996

Cover for Lee Brown??? (Reading Academy player) Danny Greenslade? I thought Greenslade was great against FGR in that cup game. Him and Gosling looked the part, not sure about the others. Wouldn't mind seeing more of him tbh. In DC we trust.

Not sure about Greenslade at all everytime I have seen him so would make sense to be after cover for LB.

Going by today's performance at Salisbury he's fast but rather lightweight.
Not what we'r looking for I wouldn't think.

On the other hand a fast raw material polished into an effective defender by Steve Yates might not be all that bad. We've improved two right backs (Smith and Leadbitter) - depends whether DC sees enough there to work with (and I guess, something there to inspire him !)

I agree, that's how I saw Leadbitter in his first season-he was so improved after that.
