Obviously, but if there's a vague feeling of, 'don't go to the Reading game,' even if it's just on the internet, then people who might want to show their displeasure at the new format might want to buy into that. But, you know, well done for saying 'internet warrior;' that's always class.
Anyone who has the time to send 3K+ messages and I am not referring to you, needs to get out and breath the fresh air.

I think they're are capable of making up their own minds, without the need for a few internet warriors, as to whether they need to get out and breath the fresh air.

What's the betting everyone posting they are boycotting the tournament will still turn up in we got to the semi's and then Wembley? Plus if they did none of us would ever know anyway! I won't attend any trophy game this season, including those you mention. It's more than about any temptation to go, it's a very big principle as far as the issue of forcing B teams on us is concerned. Besides that, Wembley is a very expensive cash cow, which doesn't have the aura of the last one for me. In my personal opinion, those choosing to attend are being very short sighted, and won't really have any right to moan when we are playing Bournemouth B in League One in a few years. Each to their own

Agree about Wembley. Why get rid of Wembley Way and twin towers? That was so iconic. Replaced by a soulless stadium, inferior in look and atmosphere even to club grounds like Old Trafford and The Emirates Stadium. Additionally the surrounding area is awful and seemingly constantly looking like a building site. And it cost a fortune. Otherwise, it's great.....

Never mind a few trophy games with championship academies, the real problem with the English game is clubs like Man City paying 50 Dam million for players like John Stones. I mean seriously.

Sheffield Utd manager has said he will field a weakened team and the club will take the fine, good on them.

Briz Red was a long time poster from the OF. He was well liked and respected and accepted and engaged in a little banter from time to time.
By all means laugh at £3M for a fatman.
Laugh at his club's "history", not that Bristol Sports Mens Soccer Division has any history. And nor did Bristol City 1982 Ltd for that matter. But laugh all the same.
Laugh at their obsession with their local rivals Cardiff.
Laugh at their hashtwat shirts.
But if we resort to just outright attacks and abuse then it seems to me that the much fabled "gap" between the 2 sets of supporters has finally been bridged.

Personally, I support the club so will be going to the EFL Trophy home games, maybe even Pompey away.
I don't think the mega billionaire Premiership owners will be influenced by a couple of thousand lower league fans not turning up. If the rich owners pay enough and Scudamore kow tows, the B sides WILL be in the league and there is probably nothing we can do about it.
I want FA Cup replays, don't want a Winter break etc, but if the big boys want it, the big boys get it. Its the way it is. I believe a boycott will only hurt OUR club.

Of course each individual must make their own mind up and i respect those that do or do not attend. UTG As an aside, on Twitter, lots of Gasheads saying they won't go to the home games but may donate the money they would have paid to attend to The FFS Club or Community Trust. Thought that was pretty special.
