hi has anyone who have filled out the forms for the U11 free tickets with a full paying adult season ticket received their membership cards yet? I sent all my info off weeks ago I've emailed Clare & had no reply either? ?

I filled out all the forms, my ST finance application form and photo ID and put it all in the envelope provided and sent it back.
For some unknown reason they discarded all the stuff I sent and only processed the ST application.
I had to fill out all the forms again, take another photo and resend it. It was a proper pain.

If Claire isn't in that office, the whole operation grinds to a halt. I'm sure you'll get the card before the first game.
I went to renew my kids memberships last week, thinking I could just pay and reactivate but oh no! I need another set of photos, fill out the paperwork again and prove their ages again. So due to the club's inability to utilise basic computer programs like MS office, I will have to renew next season instead.

I did that and they processed my ST applications and then just held them back while I sent the Young Pirates paperwork a second time. That may have only been possible because we were already ST holders renewing though. Also, I agree with Simon. Whatever they are paying Claire it won't be enough.

My sons card come through all ok in advance of my season ticket turning up as had to wait for that as paid on finance.
To be honest, still not 100% sure how it works, do I have to get a free ticket from the ticket office each match, or just flash the card when he's going in with me?

You have to pre book tickets and either have them posted or collect them from the portacabin by the Mem gates on the day.

You have to pre book tickets and either have them posted or collect them from the portacabin by the Mem gates on the day. Be warned!! This is a pain in the ARSE process. They will not give out too many in advance as they prefer a full paying customer to be sat in the seat. I tried to book the last 4 home games last season and they said NO. I had to wait. When I went up to do it 3 weeks in advance they had sold all the seat around me! We got moved to the Family terrace and they had the cheek to put on my SEAT ticket that I had an upgrade! They need to set a rule that allows you to collect your U11 tickets up to 2 weeks in advance - after that its your bad for not getting them. Thankfully, my 3 have books this year so it's not going to be a pain... Agree with the Claire comments - the others are miserable, rude and unhelpful. If there is a "next" thing to sort on the list then for me, it's how the club shop is ran and who it employs.

My season ticket is in the Family Enc so don't need to worry about seats fortunately.

Again agree about the shop. I spoke to some bloke when I was renewing my season ticket and he really didn't have a clue.

I've worked in retail and now run my own retail business, I'd have no customers if my "customer service skills" were like theirs. I'm afraid they get away with it because they have a captive audience, classic monopoly customer service! Hopefully the new board will get a handle on this as they could definitely improve club revenue if they adopted a professional approach to ticket and merchandise sales. I wonder what the current management of this is, I imagine there is no one with the hands on managerial responsibility, or if there a then they aren't up to it!
