I wonder if this has anything to do with Brexit. Seems shipping these kits in has been the most common problem with the delays and I can't remember there being any problems like this before.

Rangers have their new Puma kit now but it is still not for sale to supporters due to Mike Ashley Stil being a c u next Tuesday , the supporters are behind the clubs decision not to sell it tho until they actually get to make some money out of it.

Nope nothing to do with brexit, depends on where they are shipped from as there can be various mail delays based on regional politics more likely will be due to the suppliers not being geared up to handle large quick orders

Bit misleading this thread title? Northampton may have an issue with their kit turning up for Saturday but we haven't.
BTW, anyone know which kit we'll be wearing at Scunthorpe?

Its nothing to do with Brexit or anything other than kit manufacturers are based in the far east (the head offices are usually in USA or Europe) and quite often kit manufacturers not only change factories, but they often change countries. So, for example, Nike make theirs in Vietnam, the Vietnamese factories say they want a rise say 5cents a shirt, without warning Nike will bugger off to say Mayamar, because it's cheaper, or they have a tax deal with the Government. This applies to anything you wear and is not made in the UK. And a lot of companies (mainly fashion) employ other companies to "get them what they want". Ten years ago, Samsung Textiles made 20% of all woman's coats and jackets sold on the high street in the UK. Including jackets with the Maine brand on. American? No, Chinese.
It's these things that cause delay, as does bad weather in the South China sea.

Id imagine the first team have a stock of kit ready for the season. Im sure if the team were short they definitely wouldn't sell them to the public.
I hope we are wearing blue and white tomorrow.

So if we hadn't released our home kit by now that'd be alright?

They've been photographed in it, so I imagine it's okay on that front. Given Scunny's more predominantly blue home kit this season, I'd think it'll be yellows

That wasn't my point but any problem with kits at this stage is a poor show

It's these things that cause delay, as does bad weather in the South China sea. Yup also the way they deliver sometimes parcels will be flown between countries unloaded ,reloaded and on again before it even gets to the uk. i buy from china a lot and keep an eye on this site personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5317/related/1/session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xNDcwNDEwNTkxL3NpZC9mQU5vTWpYbQ%3D%3Das it gives an indication every day as to if international parcels are flowing ok. Then theres the thorny subject of uk customs as so much is being shipped in from china these days there are delays, again with customs it also depends on the bikini state (or whatever they call it these days) . Again it could also be that Customs are conducting Anti drug or counterfeit operations in conjunction with the police. I suspect you already know this but the speed that stuff can be made and shipped in the far east is phenomenal, a lot of the time i can order stuff in china and its here within 14 days, sometimes beating stuff ive ordered in the uk
