I dont think its possible to make it pay on the day now with cardiffs reputation. I do think they could have done some offers to sell more tickets when you think that historically attendances for the first round are generally poor unless you come up with a plumb tie. 1/3 off a new shirt when you buy a ticket? Kids go free? Bloody hell, £10 a ticket and £1 for kids....and you still want extra incentive! £10 per ticket clearly hasnt been very succesfull. May have sold shirts (extra income) to people who wouldnt buy one at full price

If there is poor take up of tickets, then that just shows are support in very poor light. First competitive game of the season, following the excitement of promotion, £10 tickets, and still we are struggling to sell a decent amount.....think we need to get off our high horses about how good we think are support is!

Wycombe had a massive 1,800 at their game against Europa league hopefuls Bristol city ,so against a small team compared to BCFC like Cardiff city you can't expect the crowd to be any bigger...and it's on TV .

Hmm Cardiff are a bigger club than the teds, and its closer. Our crowd wil be 3 times that I'd think.

Well according to online sales just 2,500 terrace tickets have been sold. p**s poor if true Hereford had that many for their game against Mangotsfield last night! Season Ticket holders should have been allowed to buy on the night.
