I think we'd take 6000 to Chelsea for a cup game no worries. I don't think it would cost that much either.

They'll go away when we're 3-0 down to Cardiff at half time.

I am beginning to understand the changes to this new system a bit better. Chelsea have entered the EFL trophy and are in a group with other lower league sides . However: this is the EFL cup and they entered because they failed to qualify for Europe . So unlike the EFL trophy were it can all be under 21's. This competition an expectation is that they must blend some first team players and fringe ( I think). On that basis I would expect a healthy crowd especially for Chelsea fans unable to purchase season tickets with a reduced gate price. What are we talking about 20000 plus home and 5-7000 away

If the demand from home fans is going to be low they probably increase the allocation if they have the right concourse and turnstile setup available. Not sure BRFC will take 6000 for a midweek game in the 2nd round of the league cup against chelsea reserves......not getting to worked up......the considerable task of beating Cardiff is in the way !

Anyway no point in building up the tie into something great ...after all it could be city playing them.

Only a ted would start a thread like this..... This only belongs if we manage an unlikely victory tonight. Even then talking about 6000 traveling fans is bit ott. What if it's a Monday night on Sky?

Otib has written us off though. Ah well we are favourites to lose I guess.
Cardiff are 11/10. Should we put the ffs funds on an away win?
