Was mentioned that he was injured before. Surprised he's playing for the development side but I'd rather he was fit when joining up with us, also gives Colkett a chance to settle in.

www.westlondonsport.com/chelsea/chelsea-youngster-plays-game-tottenham-despite-joining-bristol-rovers?Chelsea defender Jake Clarke-Salter was given a starting place for the Blues’ development side against Tottenham despite recently joining Bristol Rovers on loan. Rovers signed Clarke-Salter, 18, on a season-long deal ahead of the transfer deadline along with another Chelsea youngster, midfielder Charlie Colkett. However, Clarke-Salter is short of match fitness so the decision was taken to include him in the side for Friday evening’s Premier League 2 game at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea Tweeted yesterday that he would be finishing his rehab with them before joining us. I guess they want to check that he is fully fit.

Loaned players can return to their parent clubs to play in academy games under this season's new rules, I guess it makes sense to play tonight to try and get fit asap. Live stream should be on this link cricfree.tv/chelsea-tv-live-stream

What sort of warped mind do you have to bring JR Ewing into the conversation?

This is what a proper thread should look like and it even vaguely follows the drift of the thread title:
Proper speculation that we have now signed the Clarke-Salter brothers from Chelsea and the revelation that We don't have just one Hartley but two (Peter and Paul). I wonder if either of them are identical twins? If we do have identical twins does that mean that we could make a sneaky half time substitution without anyone knowing.
PS Apparently the Hartley Brothers have a sister called Mary and they are currently doing a music tour of South Gloucestershire.
