Does anyone know why Ellis has not be taking them recently? I can't remember him missing, but I am sure he was on the pitch for the last two. Is a it a DC ploy to avoid scouts getting up to date info or has he said he preferred placement over power?
I would expect that if we were two goals up and had a pen in the last minute then Rory or Billy might take it to try and boost their goalscoring confidence?

They do, unless Taylor scores from one.

Take a closer look next time and you will see Ellis and Matty/Easter do a quick game of rock, paper, scissors before the winner steps up.

Maybe he has been told he needs to score more goals from open play (?)

It's a biit unfortunate he hasn't taken the last couple as assuming he would have scored it would have helped his goal tally, however, Easter has being taking decent pens, I guess EH might get his chance over the next 3 games?

Personally, I think Ellis is too predictable from the spot. Every one I've seen him take has been straight down the middle. It's only a matter of time before a keeper has the bravery to just stand up straight - and he will save it. We've got a few good pen takers, so I'm glad their being shared around.

I think Ellis takes them away and Taylor at home. Easter took it against Port Vale as Taylor wasn't on the pitch but I think Ellis has taken all of them away?

I am sure Browner missed one of his last if not the last spot kick he took. Possibly very near the end of a match v Torquay when I think we drew 3-3.

Can`t remember the venue, but got a vague feeling that it was somewhere in London. Edit; Just seen the above post.
