Had similar at Twerton, the old man was feeling a bit groggy and we were one down to Cardiff,we left and heard the roar as we equalised, got to the car to find out on the radio we got a winner, made him feel a bit better anyway. That game feels like it was yesterday. I honestly think that was the greatest late comeback ever. Very very late. 11 minutes of 'injury time' I believe. it also relegated Cardiff in a way. they went down by 1 point. If they'd hung on for a win, or even a draw, they would have survived.

On the drive back from Blackpool I saw a minibus with a sign saying "You are rubbish, Rovers, you'll come straight back down!"
Didn't appreciate the significance of Cardiff at the time so was surprised we were commented on. I can see why in hindsight.

75% of our goals in the second half! Perhaps there's an insight here into DC's selection policy. Not only is each game a 'project', but players are 'rested' so that when they are selected, or come off the bench, they are fresh and raring to go.
Bodin and O.Clarke to start next week!?

Thats definitely the case, fitness levels and competition for places is giving us a huge edge at the moment. No chance of the squad becoming stale or tired. He also knows which of his players can and can't do 2 games in 4 days. Hartley for example. Top management.

Still no goals before the 25th minute, and only 7 in the first half!
