I bet SteveK is having a baby. He will start by blaming the Ref then end up crucifying Darrel. Think we should forget this game and just move on we don't need SteveK's report this week, as even with 11 men getting a result would have been hard. It will be interesting to see the Leadbitter incident later on in the TV highlights. Even after the sending off we had chances. Just got stretched for the goals. Days like this happen, its football. But some will read way too much into it.

not good enough, we really need to start picking up some points away sooner or later, we cant just rely on our home form [br Slight over reaction ? I think We are doing OK on our travels yes maybe it was, hard to feel positive when losing 4 nill but the boys always bounce back emphatically. We have been doing ok on the road but we need to get our second away win sooner or later. 5th in the table after 17 games is excellent though and I am certainly not going to criticise the team too much based on one bad performance.

I would rather we went defensive today after the sending off and hope to sneak a draw. I know this is not DC's way but goal difference matters. You can't go gung ho! under every circumstance.

I tend to agree with you there. Darrel's naivety maybe one of his few faults. Maybe go 4.5.0 then hope to get a lucky break but, like you say, its not Darrels way.

We did get softer as the game went on, but I put that down in part to being down to 10 men & being knackered. Only unforgivable mistake was Linesy for the last goal & even then I won't be too hard on him!
