Good news! Shame they will come up with another daft proposal to replace it.

Great so no it doesn't suit the FA (financially) all talks are off, what about those poor FL clubs fans that they were worried about earlier in the year who still have to travel to mid week away games - tw@ts
"The rescheduling would have involved moving FA Cup fixtures into midweek slots, but the FA has informed the EFL it is no longer prepared to consider such a move following a new international broadcasting deal"

Top news, but I don't think the FA should have considered them in the first place tbh

It must be me but these were half baked ideas. If you've just taken away 8 games from 46 to 38 why are not more week ends available? Why move FA Cup to mid week? If you've just cut about 18% of your matches then more week ends available surely? They really didn't think this through and no models of what it might look like were developed. Consequently they persuaded few people and antagonised a vast majority. What is worrying is that Mr. Harvey and his cronies are in charge of the Football League, sorry EFL, when in truth they couldn't organise a p***-up in a brewery.

How is that Shaun Harvey still in a job? Any other profession and he would have long gone
