Mine arrived today - number 31.
Had a sniff but not cracked the spine yet. Saving that for when I am guaranteed a couple of hours without being disturbed.

There are about 100 copies left of the limited edition of only 274 copies - all signed and numbered and with a promotion party postcard, and a Bristol Blue Gas sticker. Personally I'm confident that any new orders will still be ok to post for Christmas (I used to work at the Post Office and the post clearly speeds up in the last week, not slows down...) so if are happy to order direct from me please go here - shellshockpublishing.bigcartel.comHOWEVER, if you want to try before you buy or gander before you splash the cash, the following shops will stock some or all of my books
- The Supporters Club Shop at 199, Two Mile Hill Road in Kingswood, BS15 1AZ (0117 9611772) usually stocks all three books and currently (9th December 2016) has all three in stock.
- The Club Shop at the Mem (0117 9096648) stocks 'Double Darrell' & 'Print That Season!' and currently (9th December 2016) has both in stock
- Beast, in the Corn Exchange in Bristol (St.Nick's Market - stall 50 in the Exchange Hall - 0117 9279535) usually stocks all three books and currently (9th December 2016) has all three in stock.
- I will also be personally running my own market stall at the Green Park Station market in Bath from Monday 19th December to Christmas Eve if anyone wants to pop by and say hello, and/or get some late pressies.
At this busy time of the year you may wish to phone ahead to check stock levels if you are making a special / urgent journey to any of the above outlets. Thanks Mum...

Thanks for delivering all 3 books last week. Shame I couldn't have met you but was at work at the time. Books look great and will be taking one back from my son to read after he's opened them on Christmas day. Look forward to the next one.

If anyone is still interested, still plenty of ways to have a gander at it, or buy it. 100 copies left. Full details here - ymlp.com/z1v17h"Welcome to the last chance Gas saloon, where drunks and filthy layabouts can panic buy any old crap for Uncle Miserable, the slimy relative you almost forgot you had to get a pressie for." I will also be personally running my own market stall at the Green Park Station market in Bath tmw (Friday 16th) and then hopefully Monday to Christmas Eve (inclusive - my wife doesn't do Xmas so TBH Xmas Eve means sod all to me & I might as well be out selling books) if anyone wants to pop by and say hello, and/or get some late pressies.

I have a brother who is bloody annoying when it come to Christmas as most years he tends to buy any old tat without much thought, but then the year you're not expecting anything he waltzes through the door with some amazing but a bit over the top gift, so I never know what to get for him. I want to pitch fairly low but I know I could get embarassed! Problem is, when I've bought him something half-decent in the past, he's got me something useless and my missus then gives me grief for bothering to buy him something good when that money could have gone on something for the family! Impossible to win..... Sadly he's not a gashead so the book is not an option

If anyone (nice..) wants to say hello I'm running a gas themed market stall in Green Park Station in Bath today, and then everyday from Monday to Xmas Eve. Usually near the foyer, which is as far away from Sainsbury's as physically possible 😂😂
Love my Gas boom box (see if I can add photo...) now where's that Lead Belly CD?
UTG
also selling weetabix today 😂

NOTE - From Tuesday 20th December all single copies of ordered books will be sent 1st class, at no extra cost to you, in order to increase the chances of it arriving before Christmas Day. The reason this offer is for single books only is because sending any multiple orders / book bundles 1st class is prohibitively expensive. Soz. www.awaythegas.org.uk

back in Green Park Station market in Bath today to sell beautiful self produced Banksy & Rovers books & photos, & some children's art material to keep the little monkeys busy over Chrimbo. Here all week, in the foyer (by Green Park entrance) Brought a couple of extra Gas tops with me today to brighten the place up - got an old Le Coq Sportif 'Elite Hampers' top and a signed Goalies jumper from the legends charity match I helped support in 2012 - signed by loads of the old players but I must admit it is really hard to work out who signed it - the only really clear ones are Nigel Martyn, Dave 'Boris' mehew (my idol!), and Billy 'the judge' Clark Also brought part of my 20's youth - good old spall - & Jordan Goddard's match shirt from *cough* relegation - with RED on it! Via FFSclub UTG Not for sale - just educating Bath people on all things blue & white 😂👍🏾

Quick thanks to everyone who bought my book.
If you haven't got one yet, there are only about 60 copies left so grab one whilst you can. I am about to do a flash sale of my other books but DD on its own won't be on sale because there are so few copies left.
I presume everyone who ordered got their copy OK. I've not heard of any problems but if anyone wants to give any feedback please just tell me, either here or via hello@awaythtegas.org.uk

I'm amazed that Design Windows shirt is I'm such good condition It's weird. To me it's normal. A shirt. Just a shirt. Yes a shirt that I love and is part of my history... But just like a shirt I bought, say, 5 years ago. It's not until people say 'wow that's a good old shirt' that I remember it is 25 years old. It feels like yesterday. It really does!

I've finally been dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st Century - only 16 years too late...
My three unique Bristol Rovers books, including Double Darrell, are now available as eBooks, from my webshop HERE They are £4.99 each, or as snug as a bug in a rug as two eBook bundles - The 'Promotion Pair' for £8.49 or the 'Gas Bundle' (all three) for £10.99. And as a special recognition for people who have already supported my writing & publishing, if you have bought the printed book in the past & would now like the eBook to go with it just email me (hello@awaythegas.org.uk) and I'll check my records and if you're a true Pirate I'll send you a 50% off discount code. All my books are family friendly, with no swearing, racism, glorification of violence, etc. They are though guaranteed to wind-up any poor little Robins you might be cruel enough to send them to. I'm not an expert for every type of e-reading device so I'll just tell you the details of my eBooks and let you decide whether they are the format that you want for your reader / tablet etc. All are medium resolution PDF files - around 8 to 11mb each - so the photos are still pretty good quality at a normal reading size. All have been specially adapted from my original design files (from the original paper print runs) so they are user friendly and have more colour in them. Hopefully the extra hours I've put into them will be worth it for you, the customer. I believe they should be ok for pretty much all readers as they are in the most wide spread format - PDF - which can be read by virtually every device on the planet and whose technology is freely available on the net.
They will be emailed to you, or if for any reason either of our email providers struggle, a download link from something like dropbox or wetransfer will be arranged.
Happy e-reading & UTG - Martin
