Those who didn't feature yesterday must come into contention.Byron Moore(remember him?),Monty,Leads,Manse,Mc M.Need to get three points before the transfer window but on yesterday's display several simply not good enough.

Take that clown out of goal and put Roos back in for starters, bring in mcristal and put tom at right back Drop Taylor he doesn't look bothered and he is lazy,if he's hoping for a big move and scouts have been watching lately think he's going to be disappointed Bring back Easter up front with gaffers and start with boden and montano with lines and boetang in the middle We're at home and we got to get at them from the first whistle Utg

Boateng was rightly subbed at half time yesterday on what basis does he deserve another chance? Regardless we can't play Lines & Boateng together as neither can tackle, if play 2 in the middle then Manse would have to return, otherwise we're stuck with the diamond, if so, surely Easter must be a better option than Colkett.
Bodin was awful yesterday so I'd take Leads at RB over him on the right, the other option is replacing OC with Monty. DC can't drop Locks as we don't have another right footed CB, other than JC whose even worse.
McChrystal
Leads Locks Hartley Brown
Sincs
Lines Monty or OC
Easter
Gaffers Taylor

Topper Gas, The same "another chance" that certain players get under DC whilst others don't. Those players who do Lockyer, Brown, Sinclair, Taylor. Those players who sometimes get another chance Ollie Clarke, Leadbitter, James Clarke, Lines, Gaffney,Harrison, Hartley, Bodin,Colkett and then there are those who never get that "another chance" - Montano, Moore, Easter, Boateng, James, Roberts (gone now), Mansell (this season) and McCrystal (this season). It cannot be easy to forever be "playing for your place" when you make a 20 minute appearance and then if you do get a start you know that if things don't go right you will be the one to be substituted. It is well known that wingers are generally inconsistent but therefore need a run of games. I thought the left winger for Shrewsbury was brilliant yesterday but then thought he wouldn't be good for us because he wouldn't fall into a "DC player" as he didn't do much defensively and this for me is the big problem with us at this level- we expect our attacking creative players to be primarily able to defend to protect our back four and still be able to get forward and attack whereas our defensive players seem to have a licence to attack without getting their primary job of defending right.
The question I would ask people is how many times this season has DC got his initial selection right and not have to change both formation and individuals at half time?

I have to say i think we have a very good manager and one i would consider a 'Clutch' manager. The one thing young Darrell seems to do is learn over a period of time and i think he's now at the stage where he's "seen enough" and will now act. I cant say i blame him for showing loyalty to a great bunch of lads who have helped lift him and us as a club to where we now are.
DC now knows the problems and i guarantee he's working on solutions, but these things aren't easy and there's no magic wand. The club philosophy at present seems to be "evolution not revolution" so i expect gradual changes.
Nobody is above criticism and performances lately have taken a real nose-dive, that said its important to remember the work this group have put into getting us back in Div. One and to realise sadly for some it has turned out to be a step up they are struggling with. So, a few will have to move on and personally i think they deserve our support not only because of what they have achieved the past couple of seasons but also because they themselves are going through a tough time despite trying their best which for some will end in having to find new clubs.

Spot on! A wrong call by DC over the goalkeeper. We need our own goalkeeper not a loan, one who has experience of playing league 1. But out of the two Roos is a better keeper and should play. It is my opinion and one I have maintained through the last 10 or so games, despite a couple of mistakes he made (as all keepers do)

Trouble is currently, we are ******* awful and concede too many goals, we are there for the taking, Gas v Cov will which of two poor sides makes the least mistakes will win. Taylor has lost total interest, Lockyer has lost his confidence and both Roos and Puddy are totally inept.
