Tin hat firmly on , here goes ...... In my opinion I don't think anyone over the age of 12 should be sporting a replica shirt ! A training top would be as far as I go but a replica shirt it's a no from me. Each to their own. If you can carry off a jaunty mauve velvet jacket and a trilby with a pink feather, as I do, then go for it. But a 4XL sized shirt is just so wrong. No-one who needs one of that size should be wearing one.

The shirts are a way better fit than any previous shirt I can remember. I doubt any of our players have gone up 2-3 sizes.

Last years shirt for me was an L, though it was a little snug, it probably fit me quite well. What size should I get this year? XL or XXL?

An inch taller and a stone heavier and it was a 4XL this year, normally a 2XL Bother. Have gone 2XL but am thinking I should have gone 3XL after reading this. Thanks anyway! 2XL fits nicely by the way.

Last season I was a medium. This season I'm a medium. The shirts are fitted. It's not Macron's fault if you're two sizes bigger. I'm sure this will wind a few up but these days football shirts are fitted and not the picnic blankets they used to be.

Unfortunately most of us mortals aren't built like proffesional footballers so we can look a bit iffy squeezed into a fitted replica shirt!
