Today we've had to deal with sh** from sh**.
Work for many of us is going to be unbearable.
However, all is not lost. We are on for our highest league finish in 17 years. If the season were to end tomorrow we would be in our highest position since 1999/2000 season ended.
That's long before - Taylor, Lambert or Agogo. Long before - (urghhh even mentioning some these names will give me the creeps) Ward, Buckle, Penny, Thompson, Atkins, Trolls (did us well), several other disasters.
What doesn't break us will make us stronger. We need to stay together.
The gap is closing and closing.

I didn't really believe we had much chance of promotion before today -- But one thing I do know now is that after today we have no chance of promotion.

We can still finish higher than we have for ages.
Less debt and a stadium in the pipeline.
Keep the dream!

I think we still have good strikers that will do a good job, dissapointed he has gone but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.

Well I'm watered off and I'm normally quite level headed and pragmatic.

Not watered off that Taylor has gone I'm just watered off he's not been replaced, same old sh** thought those days had gone Surprised the current board let this happen without back up,maybe a business to them but it's been a big part of our lives and without us this club is nothing Show us a bit of respect and be ready for the unexpected, that's your job

It's not so much that he gone it's where he's gone to Do I feel as bad & angry as when we were relegated ? No, so isnt all bad then... But then I recall him grinning like sh*thead & holding than red rag & then the thought of the Guernsey gurner grinning, makes me want to spit. However, give it a few days, bit of good news on the UWE front, some good games coming up & win or lose, I'll still be happy to be a Gashead & that's the thing no matter who plays for us they will leave at some point & only a few can go down in Gas folklore - the cock had a chance & he has blown it! It's just hard at the moment when we seem so close to whatever it is we want - we seem just as far away. In Wael & DC I trust, but SH show some ******g empathy to your supporters, you come across as though we are a ******g irritant. UTG

Whichever way you look at it
It could be worse
You could be a deluded, wannabe, 1982 window licker that's assured of champions league football by 19/20 season
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh that's better

For me, the only thing the club can do o put this right now is to confirm the stadium deal has been sorted.
I think we have let ourselves down(again) with the contract given if the rumoured fee is correct, nothing short of embarrassing consider what other club are selling players for. Allowing Judas to go to the Sh1t should never have been a possibility, and also included in contract. When will the club wake up and be bit more ruthless and ambitious. Evolution fine, but today has been a step back.

I am sure that everyone was happy we replaced Roberts and Cureton with Micky Evans (£250k) and Martin Cameron (£100k).
You never know Jamie Lucas might be a hero in the future. one thing is for sure he needs games.
Rather than throwing money at a problem, a la City and us in the years before relegation, we have to go back to the Rovers way and patiently developing talent. Lines was in his 20's before he played regularly and Ollie Clarke is performing so much better now than 3 years ago.
