We have a management team. Yes, Darrell is the gaffer and he's fantastic.
But he trusts Stewie to take some of media slack and in return he does a brilliant job.
In a week we've had to listen to Pemberton make out Taylor is decident of Ruud Van Nistolrooy, Stewie's comments on Ryan Sweeney are fantastic.
He knows that it doesn't matter how much he says the player is good- its up to the player to keep proving it.

I'd hazard a guess that's why we've progressed over the last two seasons and they're stagnating after promotion to the championship.
It's a completely different mindset and akin to bringing up spoiled brats.
Rovers players know they need to push on and prove they can perform at a higher level and have a never say die attitude.
City players think they've made it.
You can see it in both clubs from the top to the bottom

You can see it in both clubs from the top to the bottom Certainly given the in fighting in their dressing room and the falling out LJ has had with Tomlin. After he scored against Wednesday he ran off patting the badge. Like he gives a toss about their badge.

Growing boy needs a snack.
