It's ironic that he appears to have weight issues having presented Celebrity Fit Club for three years. Maybe it all went downhill for him after they pulled the plug on Supermarket Sweep! 🛒 His sexuality will be a problem for some! Oh er, chase me I'm chocolate!

Hmm ... is Mark Wright with a club right now? If we're considering players who no one else will touch with a barge pole why don't we just go all out?

I've seen someone mention dale Jennings on here before and the fact he's now has no club, he has some issues but I'm sure dc and the staff could get him in shape and focused...even if it was til the end of the season...he was sold to Bayern Munich from tranmere for £1.8 million and never progressed to first team...he's had spells at charlton/mk dons...he plays left midfield and cuts in a lot to score with his right foot..and with billy bob cutting in from the right it would be enough to scare any team...got to be worth a go? Not if he ends up being a waste of wages and a disruptive influence (not saying he would be, but he might)

Ah I see what you mean we may need to issue soap on a rope to the rest of the squad?

Who you are nobody knows , you can ride a motorcycle or wear a pantyhose . I saw the adverts on tele, where they claimed if you wore a certain Tampax you could ride a horse, or play tennis etc. Well, I slipped one in....and I fell off the horse and my tennis was still sh1t! Don't believe everything they claim in the adverts.

The transfer window is closed right now so any up and coming stars will already be at a club. Have thought this through - up and coming stars always in DCs mind and likely already in the door as he's always looking at trialists etc and way ahead of this forum. The likes of attached players will like DC said, possibly be recruited in the Summer when transfer window back open. The likes of Dale Jennings I would regard as a Hasbeen quick fix that is a non goer right now whatever some fans may wish for. That's my opinion whether he is currently a non attached player or not. Yes Easter may have been an exception to the rule with DC by getting his experience into a non league side I think was a risk well worth taking - just a shame he suffered an injury when he did but was he was still a successful addition.

Up and coming stars to mould and improve = DC policy Hasbeen quick fixes nobody wants = Fans policy I see where you are coming from, but the likes of Montano, Bodin & what's his name from FGR, were out of favour/had issues and were not obvious up and coming stars. Lines and Easter were playing at a higher level (well sort of) and have contributed. It's all a gamble because it's the future and no one knows how the players will respond when arriving at a super massive club like ours. However what DC does do is reduce the level of risk by undertaking background checks on the player's personality and lifestyle choices to make sure they have the right kind of mentality and work ethic to fit in with his approach to the game (wouldn't touch Frear who was often touted as having potential). It's not always going to work, and we have had a few disappointments under his stewardship, but more of them have worked out than not, and our position in the league table reflects that. Totally agree and that's what I meant with my quick posting

Yeah, there are obviously Academy players at places like Reading that are going to be released in the Summer, so it's in everyone's interest if they fix themselves up with another club. Reading are a top Championship side, and they obviously want to develop players that will either play near the top of the Championship, or even Premiership. If they feel that a player cannot achieve that, then there is no reason why that player couldn't develop into a good Div 1 player.....and maybe progress from there. Reading are not interested in a player who may be a good Div 1 player. Giving lads like these a trial is a no-brainer.

Sorry to be pedantic (and I may even be wrong), but I believe he signed for Bayern Munich B - and believe me, that's a big difference! Bayern (as a club) signed him and played him in their second team.

Got potentially another 10 years playing. Yes he's had a bad spell recently but I'm sure he scored a cracker of a goal against us at the Mem for Tranmere, he is a good player and maybe DC could get the best out of him?

From Bayern to free agent in 4 years you do have to wonder what issues this lad has.
This added to disciplinary, weight and injury problems means its a no from me.

Jennings - whizzo! Fossilised fish hooks, I say, he'd be capital and I hope his chums Derbyshire and venables also sign!
