--------------------------Lumley------------------------
Partington-------Lockyer--------Sweeney--------Brown
Bodin----------Clarke-----------Lines-----------Sinclair
----------------Mildenhall------Puddy-------------------
I'd keep the team roughly the same, I think Partington will get the nod over Leadbitter as he is more defensive minded. Not sure if Brown or Harris will start. Any news on Brown's injury?
Think Mildenhall and Puddy could work up with one big, one small up front.

Controversial front line but I think those two will handle it.

Yeah go with that team, what's the worst that can happen, neither of our front 2 will score, oh wait...

I would put montano alongside mildy Montano has Zero composure in front of goal. Who has, bar BB, in the present squad? I'd be tempted to play Ellis & Monty upfront with DC saying to Ellis "go out and make up for Saturday's error". I certainly wouldn't play Eh & RG together as that partnership certainly doesn't work

I agree that Harrison & Gaffney up front won't work, but name me a partnership which will?

As much as I like Bodin on the right cutting inside I think if we played Gafney left striker Bodin right striker with leads bombing down overlapping Sinclair on the right that could work. Then Montano left wing.

I certainly wouldn't play Eh & RG together as that partnership certainly doesn't work I just don't see Montano as a striker whatsoever, he is a winger simple as that. Whereas I do think Luke James, Gaffney and Ellis are strikers just not very good ones!

Monty started out as a striker and he can head the ball which is something James seems incapable of doing plus he has a decent, if wayward, shot in him? Anyway what makes you think James is a striker as to me he only looks useful on the right wing when he can run at defenders, I haven't seen him do anything when started in the No 10 spot this season. TBH we might as well start with Monty on the left wing and put Sincs behind RG or EH than start with James up front as at least Sincs will achieve something.

If you have wayward shots one might go in every now and again but as yet you rarely if ever see James have a shot and you can pretty well say the same for Harrison recently. For the want of anything better I would be tempted to give Byron Moore and Monty a go up there with Sincs pushing just behind them with strict instructions to stop Bolton playing the ball out. At the moment I just don't see how that could do any worse than we have had to put up with up front so maybe a team along the lines of.
Lumley
Leadbitter Lockyer Sweeney Harris
Bodin Lines O Clarke
Sinclair
Moore Montano
Subs Gaffney Harrison James Mansell Mildenhall Burns James Clarke
I have not considered Brown or Partington as assume injured.

Puddy on loan to Sutton United - Plan B required!!

Think I preferred GGMI's front two, perhaps we could get roly poly man in now to replace Puddy? Joking apart surely there must be a Div 1 striker presently out of contract who could help us out? Perhaps we could buy up Easter's contract then re-sign him for a couple of months!!

Can't imagine there are going to be many fit goalscorers hanging around without contracts. I think the January transfer window was the last chance really. I am sure if Easter really wanted to pl,ay he could suggest removing the guarantees from his existing contract but didn't DC say last week that he was having an operation or did I hear that wrong?

leave the team to the manager, he knows best, even though you think you know better.
