My first game - 3500BC, 3rd cycle of Harvest season after new moon.
Saw us beat a pict X11.
I remember it well, particularly as we had just got the news that we had almost completed on our new field and 22,000 seater cave.

On another note, IF they come close to the drop, will Gasheads go to the away end of the team they play in the game that relegates them?
I would never even entertain it or approve but seeing as they do it to us, I'd love to know that some of our lot kick them when they're down - at least we will stop short of burning down their stadium as they did to us x2.
Is this against the rules or fair game? I doubt I would have the time to do it but interested to see what others think.

As we all know, one of their mob was eaten by a Sabre Toothed Tiger on the way to the ground, so they were in fact just a pict X10. The ref was a shocker though wasn't he. Some things never change.

They do it to us like Mansfield and wycombe oh sorry they say they didn't of course they did.

We were in a steady decline for over a decade so as much as I'd like to think things are as bad for them as they were for us I just don't think they are to be honest. If they end up dropping out of the league in a few years then yes it will be just like us. Looking back we put up with so much crap football and decline that we really do deserve the great times that we're experiencing now. There's nothing like trudging about in water at Woking to make you realise that any club can fall very low if it's run as badly as our club was for so long. UTG.

However 10 solid minutes of Betsy is a W4nker was exceptionally funny for the fans that did manage to get in. That conference year actually galvanised the fans and made us stronger, I am not sure others teams will experience the same if they dropped out of the league.

Lol yeah I actually enjoyed the conference, of course it helped that we were only there for one season and we won promotion. We all saw what happened when the sh** dropped to division four so they definitely aren't a club that would come back from the conference. Not under their current name anyway, come to think of it I've lost track of what they're called these days, something about 1982 or Franchise or sport or something.

I wouldn't want to help line the deep pockets of that tax dodging tosspot - Just think if they survived rather than be relegated, what a sh**ter to be in the middle of that would be.

4 years ago We dropped out of the league They could drop into League One. 4 years ago We were bankrupt and mortgaged to the bank. They are stinking rich and have a new stadium. TBH I can't see much similarity in fact we are poles apart in that this club has survived after losing our home being exiled losing our league status and being broke. They have failed despite having infinite funds, better infrastructure, better stadia and academy. We may get to where they are or even do better, but I Hope we will never be like them. what he said

M32 sign needs to read:
"Advertise your spare stadium capacity here"

False news. Sabre toothed Tigers and homosapians didn't exist at the same time. Anyway, I was at the very first game. It was played just prior to our move to a swanky new stadium that was being built, so rumour had it, out near the settlement of Old Sarum. I think the pillars are still there, but it was never finished.

We've had trouble with foreign owners before. Remember when we tried to buy the land from Canute, even Alfred wouldn't budge. So here we are 1500 or so years later. I just hope Alfred changes his mind soon. I haven't got another 1500 years left.

Don't laugh, but when gasincider did his National Service, the Crossbow was still on the Official Secrets List !
