I'll tell you guys, 4,500 miles away, and it's not just the team that keeps me up this time of night, it's the look on all them little Gas 'eads faces in the crowd too. I miss and love every one of you, but I'm here in my heart. We ain't out of it yet. Love YOU. UTG!

Penalty still looks soft to me, although we've had them given against us I suppose.
The challenge for the sending off looked nasty from where I was in the ground yesterday, but looks pretty tame on the replay.

He turned from having his back to goal in a similar position and scored. I think it was the right decision. I completely agree with the sending off, on the replay it look tame and from where I was in the crowd it looked more aggressive. The ref (who I will come on to) did consult with the Lino at some length though. The Lino had the best view. Ref - Brett Huxtable. I have hated him since he came on to take over from the ref who was injured when huxtable was running the line. Conference season I think. We have seen him a few times over the last few seasons and I am certain that when they toss the coin to see which end the teams will start, he actually uses it to decide which team he is goung to help the most. Yesterday it must have fallen our way.

He clatters in to him from behind and doesn't get the ball, if that's not a penalty I don't know what is.

Very harsh second yellow I think. Great skill for second goal. All in all good 3 points but felt a bit like a dead rubber to me. Never say never an all that but the crowd definitely didn't have the same buzz pre Bury/Coventry defeats.

Both decisions spot on.
Well done ref!

Still don't think that's a second yellow, feel for Shrewsbury really. If it happens to one of ours going for a 50/50 we're disappointed for sure.

I am only going from the highlights but if either of these had been the other way around, a lot of us would not have been very happy and would be feeling hard done by.
Saying that I'm certainly not complaining and its nice to have a bit of luck on our side! I think back to the Bury game thinking they penalty they had was a little soft and from the highlights didn't look much different to Sinclair's supposed dive.

Who really cares now? People seem to have forgotten the blatant cheating by the referee at Bury, did Bury feel sorry for us? Why should we feel sorry for Shrewsbury I certainly don't. f**k em! It's about time the opposition didn't have a 12th man.

Then its the pressure from Sinclair that takes him down and his left leg comes around. Probably depends on whether that trailing leg is intentional, think the ref was best leaving it at that point though. Certainly think he had a right to go for it initially.

I reckon the two Shrews defenders that Billy sent down Gloucester Road before his 2nd are still stumbling around outside the Bristol Fryer with spinning heads.

As the Shrewsbury Player stood up after the collision with Lumley he appeared to dive to the floor. Could it have been that he was sent off for these two incidents plus the earlier booking?

On 17 seconds, what is Leadbitter doing??? I've just had a look at this Blueside, I'm not sure really it looks like he's trying to avoid a very angry wasp! Good spot though.

I'll take the 3 points but if I was a Shrewsbury fan I'd be gutted by the sending off and possibly the penalty. On another note did Billy's second take a little deflection off the defender?
