What was Jake Clarke-Salter doing for the 2nd and 3rd Gillingham goals when we were playing 2 at the back?
Answer- naff all! Let's say he was injured, that's the only excuse for making no attempt to move to the danger.
No wonder he was dropped for the Oldham game.

Or he wasn't "dropped" (not a DC concept) but missed the Oldham game cos he was carrying the injury that he clearly had at Gills. You decide.

If he wasn't injured, Gillingham's second goal goes down as one of the laziest bits of defending I've ever seen.

Years of playing pretty football where the result doesn't matter. Stick them into a real game where winning is everything and it doesn't matter how ugly the football is and that is what happens. As DC says, the right mental attitude is number one.

He was strolling back ,think he had his flip flops on . If you look really closely you can see that one of his flip flops comes off whilst he's ambling and he can't even be bothered to bend down and pick it up. Unacceptable.

To me, if he makes any attempt to get back, neither goal happens, and we get at least a draw.

He was seen coming out of the players entrance at Gillingham, with a Tenerife donkey under one arm ,and wearing a Sombrero,

He was seen coming out of the players entrance at Gillingham, with a Tenerife donkey under one arm ,and wearing a Sombrero, If he had one flip flop in the Canaries and the other in Mexico it's no wonder he got caught out against the Gills.
