I would have thought if the support was there then there would be other professional clubs in the area already. That there isn't shows the lack of hard support. FGR will fade away when matey runs out of money. Given he owns a "green" power company he's probably not likely to run out of money anytime soon, he's probably in the perfect business for generating money for the next decade or so.

W-S-M. Big enough town and continues to grow. Should at least be top nationwide league club / league two . Needs to be more ambitious and proactive.
Bath City will always have to compete with the rugby but could easily match the Accringtons/ Rochdales/ Fleetwoods or this world.
There is also the midsomer Norton/radstock/paulton collective which could potentially support a nationwide league/ league two club.
In Bristol itself a club would need to be located in the Brislington / Whitchurch type areas perhaps

If FGR eventually make it into the league and also build their new ground at junction 13 we might find out soon! I'd rather watch my local Sunday league team
