Just read a strange one - Lincoln have made their home game against us "All Ticket for Away following", and they given us an initial allocating of just under 1500 tickets.. What makes them think we will take so many?? Apart from that fantastic play-off semi-final game in 2007, we have never taken more than 500 to any games at Lincoln. Maybe we should make this a "Gas Invasion" match??

Does seem a lot to expect, given that its quite a journey.

Just the fact it's all ticket will put people off, we'll take 700+ we win the next 2 games though I think.

Seems a very strange decision to make it all ticket. I don't see the benefits of it.

I'm used to clubs under estimating our turn out so this is bizzare

Maybe they are trying to put people off, as there have been off field problems previously?

This would be perfect for Gas invasion.

Would obviously be good to get as many there as possible, but I personally think a full on Gas invasion would be much more impressive/funny/reportable if it's at a ground that normally gets around 600.

The away end only holds 400 so I guess they may put us in part of the main stand which holds 5,700 (aka Oxford Utd).

If Eastleigh wasn't a tuesday that would have been good but i'm sure we'll still take a few. The Rovers twitter last week also confirmed this would be an all ticket game. Last season average att 680. Welling should get a few of the London Gas where we usually get a few extra for games in their area. Alfreton had the lowest average attendance last season 805 still in the league but is another Tuesday. More chance for a Gas invasion for Telford on 1st November or Kidderminster Easter Monday. Better facilities in the grounds and within a 2 hourish drive. Hope we get a local team away in the FA Trophy or FA cup qualifying. Make it a bit of a pay day for them and take over their ground.

Is there a planned Gas invasion this year?
Thinking that Telford is handy on the train with a change at Birmingham!!! £27 return to Bristol.

It would be Great to see some passionate big club fans for a change, Braintree brought 26 last Saturday. Since you guys have not been up for a while, just to let you know, the A46 is dualled from Leicester to Lincoln now so its Dual Carrigeway all the way, Just over 3 hours or less if you step on the Gas !!! Great playoff Atmosphere last time we met, even though we lost!! See you soon (By the way the Fens are well east of Lincoln, I know a few Boston fans with 6 fingers though) visitingImp
