we are going to Florida next week so I decided, for the first time in my life, to buy myself a replica shirt as I'd read they were selling off last seasons stock. when I walked into the shop the first person I saw was the stadium manager. Nothing surprising there you might think, but instead of the normal business suit Ian was dressed in Rovers branded clothing. Looked very smart as well. The reason for my visit was that I want d a home shirt to advertise our great club the other side of the pond. I thought our unique quartered shirt would gain attention. Unfortunately They only had the yellow away tops, but hey ho. the biggest surprise for me was the sizing! I know I've added a bit of timber over the years, but 3XL? Come on! Anyway, I paid my tenner and am now in possession of a large piece of sacred Lycra. I buy my lad a home and away kit every season, and don't get much change out of a oner, so if they can make a profit on £10, God knows what the mark up is on the full price. there was no sign of work being carried out on the pitch, in fact a coach was working on routines with several young players, one of whom was Ryan Broome. I'm expecting to see him kick on next season. How long until kick off?

Mate, the "scab" stuff is getting a bit tiresome.

Mate, the "scab" stuff is getting a bit tiresome. I don't think so, he was called it, he did not invent it. Maybe if one of those people said sorry, we might be able to move on.

If they're playing while you're there, go to a Tampa Bay Rowdies match. A whole different match day experience to a cold saturday at the mem.

I don't bother with replica shirts anymore....
I used to have the the idea that I was giving the club £40 but now I think that by wearing one i potentially convince thousands of people not to buy one....

I know what you mean!
Perhaps for the gentleman of, ahem, more ample proportions, one of the blue-stripped polo shirts with the discreet club badge would be better.
I've seen Wael on a couple of away games and that's hat he wears. As I say, I only bought this shirt to advertise our club whilst I'm away.
