Something has got to give though this summer, either the ALQ's really start spending some serious cash, or at least acting as security for it, on the UWE & The Colony, or give up on the UWE and produce a viable Plan B, which could then take 5 years to come to fruition, or just sell up. How long can Wael/SH go on without making some kind of announcement? Get a grip of yourself man. You do like talking tripe. Mr Negative all the time. It's nice to have a few months off football after another successful campaign. A bit of happy time. You need to chill out and go watch some cricket Or smoke weed. If there (sorry if it's the wrong there ggmi) is nothing to announce, what do you want them to say? I suggest he bashes one off that should relieve some tension?

We have just spent £1m on the Colony and are about to spend many more £m when planning is approved..... is that not classed as "serious" Money in your eyes ? It's all relative, £1m is nothing for the ALQ's if they are as rich as they seem to be but £50m+ would be serious money, don't you agree? As far as spending millions more if they get planning, I've already suggested that would be the case.
