Fair enough, hopefully he isn't made to feel too welcome. I'm sure the club have given Bolton close to 2K tickets in the East terrace and South Stand, similar to the Derby game will feel like a home match. We are a soft touch. Because we are going to sell out the rest of the ground how? The away teams get the same as before when we had the tents 1300. All my campaigning for 10 years plus to increase away capacity in order to increase gate receipts is lost. I estimate the club is losing up to 500k a season on limiting away fans to the lowest away allocation in division one maybe the entire leagues. Even Cheltenham give more. Anyway I give up now . It is what it is !.

Surely Taylor's that he just needs a Craig type player alongside him? No idea what we do with Wilson, as I can't see clubs will be lining up to take him off our hands. Baffling how he was part of Plymouth's promotion team last term. But Argyle realised as soon as they had promotion that he wouldn’t be part of their Championship squad. They knew his limitations and that age had caught up with him. Sadly with us he’s been injured, which at his age, affects him more and that’s led to him being not so good. And perhaps he’s realised that hence the frustration which affects his attitude. Who knows, but whatever it is he’s not been as good as he was with Argyle. Sadly. UTG! Talking of Muff sacked manager after 12 weeks . I expect its already been mentioned on forum. www.itv.com/news/westcountry/2024-04-02/plymouth-argyle-sack-ian-foster-as-head-coach-after-just-11-league-matches

Listen objectively to what he says about both clubs.

So you don't rate Conteh Topper? As I said did we really need spend £250K on just Conteh when we were lacking in so many other areas. Personally I'd start with yesterday's midfield, if Ward can't play 90 mins, rather than recall Conteh. The answer is NO. Let's remember this was a record signing which was given to Taylor by the board . We all knew poor Chris Martin will burn out and the man needs to be given full credit like Andy Rammell. Taylor should of focused on a striker early in the window This blame culture of pass managers isn't addressing the here and now. The fact is football is poor and the crowd is silent. I still can't understand why he plays one striker up front and they sit so deep at home. The Shrews manager in his post interview was very damming describing both clubs " As not division one teams and the performances well below divisionone standards ". A honest guy !.

Imagine if we didn't sign Chris Martin pushing 36 this year and one of the few players you could thank this season for effort!. In my opinion - This Manager certainly doesn’t breed any confidence. As this is a reflection in the team performance week in week out. if we lose on Monday, then surely there has to be some serious questions asked about the way the club is geing managed / run. He has obviously “lost the dressing room” and its beginning to be painful watching an overpaid and over rated squad that is not fit to wear the shirt based on the latest “effort”. Ollie ( as manager) was never the answer BUT I’m sure he would never allow us to sink to this level. NO SHOTS - CLUELESS its very very Boring and very frustrating watching my team these days. As mentioned…….. Chris Martin has kept us up! …..anything less than a win on Monday ……… well you know what the consequences should be…… no excuses! Totally agree but for various reasons he keeps his job regardless of results even if we lose 6 out the next 7. Otherwise based on the 'target' by not being in the 'top 8' he would of been gone . The board and management will be inflexible / flexible in order to avoid the appearance of a poor decision being made.

How is it, we go so long into a game against a team in the bottom four, without getting a shot away!?! Lack lustre, not a single player is worthy of a contract next season. I feel sorry for the fans that wasted their hard earned money going to support them… those players don’t deserve supports like that… especially considering their last showing!!! Imagine if we didn't sign Chris Martin pushing 36 this year and one of the few players you could thank this season for effort!.

I seriously can’t see how 0 goals for and 9 against in the last 4 games is “moving in the right direction” as Taylor keeps telling us. He needs to get a serious grip because what he’s dishing out at the moment is nothing short of a disgrace Also our home record is W 2 D 0 L 6 since Christmmas.

I will never understand within a few months. We bid £1 million for one players and the next we are cutting the budget by 25%. The confusion is compounded by the board openly stating ' we have a top budget '. Of course I understand there will be cut backs and expenditure each season and each season it needs to be assessed. What I struggle with is one minute we are a ' top club ' the next ' we need to make big cuts '. Whether this justify Taylors reign with the fans is unclear. His record is worst than JB on a pro rota basis. And I am hearing screams aimed at him on a regular basis . I'm struggling to understand this. Is JB ppg in league one better than Taylor now? Maybe someone can confirm what JB record was this season and compare it to Taylors . I'm talking about this current season.

It's still a possibility to get relegated. Going down with a fight is more honourable than going down with a wiper. Three points Monday is a must, anything less is unacceptable' and Taylor really needs to take a good percentage of the blame regards todays unacceptable performance It is impossible to go down. I think one club went down on 50th points in the last 40 years. Like I said Taylors job is a non pressured medittarian easy go job. We could lose nearly every game and he still keeps it. However : he will have to give account by October - December 2024.

We have them back and we are back to where we always have been, owners with no money. We will post a £5 million loss this season, project Barton and Jennings have left us what is on show today. I am not saying anymore on it, it’s depressing. He’s gone but we can’t keep blaming JB, he’d have got more out of this lot than MT has. MT has had one window already I’m prepared to give him the summer but nothing else He's very fortunate in that he still keeps his role even though it is less productive than the person he replaced. I agree he should be given his budget in the summer and a target by Christmas 2024.

Really cannot see a Rovers win here today. It feels like Taylor has lost the dressing room so not expecting much. I will give some of you some sobering news, I said I would give Eric some ITK news as well. We have a reduced budget next season, severely reduced. All our targets, are out of reach, I’ve heard this from within the club, a director of another club, and one agent. If anyone wants to question me on this, I guarantee I will be proved right, next season’s budget will be 25% less. We have I think 11 contracted players, he doesn’t want all of them. You have to question how in the hell we ever got in this position in the first place. Some of the players are not playing for him because their agents are looking for new clubs for them already, they don’t want to get injured. Why haven’t we offered new deals to any out of contract players? We can’t afford to match Finley’s wage again or see it as value. I say to you all, sack MT, I’m not 100% on him and I’m not his mate either. But next season we need a Cogs/MT sort who worked at Exeter with no money. The bubble has burst, cut backs all over the place, we are signing bargains and looking to make money on buying and selling. Evans agent is doing his job, Cogs wants two of our players I am told, we are light years off Mr Hussain’s Premiership statement. I will never understand within a few months. We bid £1 million for one players and the next we are cutting the budget by 25%. The confusion is compounded by the board openly stating ' we have a top budget '. Of course I understand there will be cut backs and expenditure each season and each season it needs to be assessed. In the final international. The Forest player on loan started against Argentina . A question for historians. Have a Gas player loan or permanent ever played against Argentina whilst playing for Rovers ?

I think we can now say the squad was never as good as we all believed it was in august (including me) We must give MT time in the summer and to see his squad perform in the first few weeks. The management must also get to the bottom of the injuries at the club, this has been going on for 3 seasons now where the first half of the season is marred with a full team of injured players, there must be something we are doing? It doesn’t matter who the manager is you can’t get a settled team or spirit in the team when we have at least 3 or 4 senior players out with strains and tears from training ground matches. I always knew Lincoln would spank us, they’re the form team, we are under strength all over the park, and for me the season was essentially over in August as a promotion potential season with the JCH debacle. The injury crisis have been going on more than 3 seasons. I started a thread over 5 years ago asking : why have we got 5-10 players out ever single game? Yesterday was no exception we had 9 players unavailable for other reasons . It's got to a stage we're fans look to who is avaliable rather than who isn't . This can't continue .

Chances of Taylor getting the boot after many more of these? Why not sack him now? It’s a total rebuild in the Summer anyway and the question is, will he be any better at doing that, than any other manager out there? “We have got our Rovers back” has been said on here. Not by me I might add! Our home record in 2024 is also a shambles. W 2 D0 L 6. Either the board extraggrated a 6-8 budget or Taylor as been given a free ticket with NO pressure !.

Nowadays games often go on for 7-8 minutes after a 89th minute goal . Are you suggesting I am making it up ? I walked out at 3 nil and saw young lads in the usual attire making their way to the south stand , so it did happen ..... Thank you .

Not only are we losing up to £500k a season on limiting away fans to a mere 1300 which got to be one of the lowest in the league. I expect Cheltenham will offer a lot more with a capacity of 7-8k . But to compound the issue even more . We are encouraging fans to switch from terracing to seats at a cheaper price next to away fans to wind each other up. Of course NO increase in gate receipts for all this hassle just empty spaces on the terraces !. Eg. And yes fans were rushing pass me heading to the south stand near the end of the game . We left just after they scored their third goal. Did not encounter any fans rushing in the opposite direction to get to the south stand. Just loads of gasheads making their way out along the back of the west stand. I await media/club reports about this, if it indeed happened. Nowadays games often go on for 7-8 minutes after a 89th minute goal . Are you suggesting I am making it up ?
