No idea - that's all I've heard at this time. The ex-editor of The Sun part of an all-new PR Team apparently. Dominic Mohan? Would make sense as he's from Bristol and is CEO of PR agency, The Outside Organisation.

Death or glory, or strippers or a beer factory in the back room, or decent toilets, I'm not fussy
Are they muslims, not that I give a flying fig if they are?
Just hope that we do not go down the FGR road regarding food and alcohol.
THIS IS MEANT AS A JOKE
Well it's not like you can actually get a beer at the mem anyway...

FFP's a joke. Plenty of loopholes should a potential investor wish to pump some cash into the team.

What about a return for Ali Gibb? He's 40 and hasn't played for 7 years. You're all insane. Welcome to the asylum, your highness.

The first rule of fez club is... don't ever, under any circumstances, join fez club because you'll end up looking like a massive Jeremy Hunt. You should change your username to 'meow'.

Get out. This was taken in Sharm El Sheikh, and I'd had a couple of beers. I managed to haggle the guy down from twenty Egyptian Pounds (about 1.80 of the Queen's money) to five Egyptian Pounds (about 45p). That twat from Moneymarket.com on the telly hasn't got anything on me ! HaHa,when we were young I was told you were careful with your pennies, didn't they have a blue one or is that not allowed in the fez clubThe first rule of fez club is... don't ever, under any circumstances, join fez club because you'll end up looking like a massive Jeremy Hunt.

This has to be the most surreal thread in the history of any Rovers forum. How gasincider and severncider still have the gall to post this sh*te I'll never know. With respect it's not just the 'ciders' who have heard these things there's half a dozen on here who have heard similar and it all appears to have some validity I find it sad that people are attacking these two Gasheads when all they are doing is passing on info just like everyone else does on here. They have kept their posts respectable and their only concern is our football club. UTG Fair enough, what I said above may have come off a bit strong but I have yet to read anything on here that "appears to have some validity". I understand that full disclosure could be damaging to the prospects of any takeover but look at it from the point of view of someone without access to the information you or others may have. A Jordanian prince? Pull the other one. The constant stoking of the fires without actually revealing anything of any credibility from gasincider and (to a much lesser extent) severncider just smacks of attention-seeking. Having said all that... Of course I would be delighted to enjoy an enormous slice of humble pie come Monday.

Just seems so unbelievable to think 1 - let alone 2 - consortiums are vying to take over the club, each with over a billion pounds worth of assets?! What seems more incredible is that the only leaks are through this forum. Two separate circles of multimillionaires are managing to keep a lid on this to the extent where even those who are ITK can't agree on who they are or where they're from?? And nothing from anyone with a tangible link to BRFC? If Rovers were suddenly able to keep everything in-house I can't see it being about not one but two(!) billion pound consortiums...

I have become increasing disillusioned with the "original consortium".
They should have been able to have completed any deal by now but for whatever reason it has been delayed. I know there is a consortium, believe they have met NH and TW and believe they have provided BRFC with every bit of information that has been required by BRFC.
I suppose that another "offer" may make the "original" lot get their finger out if they seriously want to buy BRFC.
So basically the original consortium was probably a figment of somebody's imagination and now the Jordanian one is led by a Prince who doesn't even exist? This has to be the most surreal thread in the history of any Rovers forum. How gasincider and severncider still have the gall to post this sh*te I'll never know.

Well it would be easy to hide behind the fact that a consortium are announcing via NH on Monday that they will be taking us over and is the one I have been rattling on about. Again this has come via a close contact at the club. However, this consortium is apparently Jordan based and apparently includes the Jordanian prince who is trying to get elected to succeed Sept Blatter. I have no no idea if this will be good or bad for our long term future but there we go. if the other consortium wish to play a part in our future they need to go public immediately so that we can all have a say. But as it stands there is only one game in town. Heres hoping. Keep the faith UTG.

it's a lovely gesture, it really is.... but offering a promotion to your fans where by they spend money at another club sounds like business suicide to me. I suppose it depends on whether or not you feel good away support affects the performance on the pitch.
