Anyone know the EFL rules regarding this?

Those slagging off Grant, he won 4 tackles today and his reading of the game was generally very good. A few sloppy passes, but then so did all of our outfield players. That's why they are playing in League One.

Really good second half performance. Shrewsbury ran out of steam in the last 15 minutes and we killed the game well.
Our squad looking strong when you have the likes of Otzumer, Nicholson & Upson coming off the bench. Always a good sign.

Tonight was his best performance in a rovers shirt to date.

Okay people! Following that signing, in preparation for the deadline I thought I'd check our squad: Goalkeepers: Jordi van Stappershoef Alexis Andre Anssi Jaakkola Liam Armstrong Defenders: Michael Kelly Tom Davies Josh Hare Max Ehmer David Tutonda Alfie Kilgour Mark Little Cian Harries Luke Leahy Jack Baldwin Midfield: Thomas Mehew Lucas Tomlinson Ed Upson Ben Liddle Zain Walker Alex Rodman Cameron Hargreaves Zain Westbrooke Abu Ogogo Joshua Barrett Josh Grant Luke McCormick Erhun Oztumer Attackers: Sam Nicholson Brandon Hanlan James Daly Jayden Mitchell-Lawson Jonah Ayunga NOTE: this is not so much as a formal prediction; I'm just entertaining possibilities of who I think could leave Perhaps I may have forgotten someone or added someone unjustifiably but oh well, from my count we have 4 goalkeepers, 10 defenders, 13 midfielders and 5 attackers. Giving us a total of 32 players. So I think we'll probably remain with 5 attackers. In terms of midfielders; I think Ogogo will go, he's clearly not wanted. Perhaps Upson might go too. Although regaining fitness I could see Josh Barrett being sent on a loan move, and given Oztumer has been added to the First Team squad on the website and Ben Liddle hasn't yet I would say that's probably indictive that he'll be sent out, or be in the development team. I also think Walker and Tomlinson especially will spend most of the season in the development team. I could see Hargreaves getting sent out on loan perhaps to League 2 or the Conference, but I think we'll see Mehew pop up here and there. If I had to guess I would say that leaves us with around 8 or 9 midfielders. Of our defenders I think we may sign that lad from Cardiff, whatever his name is. I think we'll probably see either Kelly or Leahy leave, probably Kelly. I also think we could see a surprise release or to be sold in someone like Davies, he was fantastic when he joined but I think his injury record is truly shocking at this point. I would say that leaves us with around 8 defenders. And I think we could see both Alexis leave on loan and Armstrong spend most of his time with the development team. That would leave us, by my count. With around 25 players. I think it'll be very interesting to see who departs, who stays, and who plays. I would say something though, if, god forbid, Garner is unsuccessful here. I think as a manager you couldn't really ask for a nicer squad to start with. I think we're stacked. Good post. Another who has featured in the first team is Pablo Martinez, the young defender. Hopefully we can find a loan for him.

Dare I say it, a marquee signing. Albeit on loan.

Clever Signing! We have experienced players in Ezhemer & Jakola in defense to guide the youngsters. We were lacking that leadership up top which I think this brings. I think he will be played as a second striker, not an attacking midfielder. We will see! Whichever way a great signing for us while weakening another team in our division at the same time! Great effort combining two players names into one.

Strange because the `bbc website said Oxford won on penalties. So they won, but we never lost how strange. It's the stupid rules of the competition and you don't seem to get it. The match finished as a draw. Ergo, we didn't lose. Oxford won the penalty shootout and thus won a bonus point. They did not win the match. Exactly, you don't get a point for losing do you.

The more I think about this, the more I think Tisdale is tailor made to come here if Garner doesn't improve us. A lot of players progressed through Exeter's youth and first twam while Tisdale was there. Including yesterday's hero of course, Ollie Watkins. If you want dull, uninspiring football then Tisdale's your man.

This sounds a bit sinister but it is just a question. The pitches at the training ground are the same as the Mem, or so they say. Does this include the slight decline towards the Tent End? Or the almost discernable gradient towards the South West Tent? Who knows? But the question is this. "If one day we had a new ground, would we take the Mem pitch with us? Would we replicate it? or would we have a new laser sharp flat pitch?" If it's the latter, then would we change the training ground pitches? or as some would say, "there is no new ground and we will spend eternity at the Mem" I might be a bit bored at this stage I'm still trying to find the sinister bit...?!

This season success would be a top 8 finish This is what Paul Buckle was referring to all those years ago...

Only if they are your players. Keep getting loans in dont make you a buck if promotion isn't of importance.we are now thinking like small clubs in existing in this division We've got less loans this year than previous seasons.

No secret with him but would love BG to go back to WBA and take Callum Morton for a year although it seems Lincoln might be getting him. And then do some proper unrushed work to secure a number 9 for next season. Yeah Morton is a very lively player, would like to see us go for him.

Some very good signs here. Individually, some very impressive performances.
I think there is some work to do as a unit but the new signings and youngsters are certainly showing promise.

Trialist looks decent. Anyone know who he is ? I believe the Trialist is Tyrick Mitchell from Crystal Palace, he’s an attacking left back. Interesting. 4 appearances last season in the Premier League.
