Mildenhall 7.5 a competent performance in dreadful conditions Mildy is back to near his best Leadbitter 7 ran his socks off J. Clarke 5 the victim of an early and necessary change of formation Lockyer 8 MoM Immaculate Parkes 6 an ok game Brown 7 good going forward, a sublime cross for the winner Lawrence 4 awful first half better second half but not worth his place Lines 6.5 a couple of good runs but still could do more. Sinclair 6 worked hard Taylor 5 not the sort of game that suits Matty Gaffney 7.5 great goal was a real handful never stopped running Subs: Bodin 7 made a big difference with his early arrival Easter 6 did ok Crowd 8 Ref 7 got most things right Morecambe 6 typical big Northern 4th division team

107 pages now on Sell Out Rovers in less than 24 hours - obviously they do care very much. Anyone know why they are referring to us now as the 15ers - bizarre ? Perhaps they think its still 2015. New year obviously takes longer to arrive in the Dark side! They cant even get an insult right! we are the 16ers or nothing!

With the supposed board meeting only 24 hours away now (probably less than 24 hours in reality) I think some posters can surely take a break from the mockery/abuse now. If those doubting Gasinciders info are proven correct tomorrow, then obviously it will be reasonable to ask questions. But - as unlikely as some believe it is - with the supposed meeting just 24 hours away, surely we can give it a rest now and just wait to find out. As posted above, a lot of the replies to those "ITK" have become cringeworthy now so how about we just show some patience and see it out. Then, one way or another, tomorrow will be very eventful on here. I agree. No matter how it goes tomorrow, deal or no deal, this forum could well be a bloodbath. Time now to relax, have a nice cuppa, and maybe roger the *wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/dog/granny/goat as tomorrow may result in a lot of nervous energy being expended, so tomorrow night may not be the night for lurve. *delete where applicable. No need to delete any!! roll on tomorrow!

The trouble with being experienced, a long-standing even old fan, having been brought up in the 60s and 70s supporting Rovers I can't imagine why anyone associated with us would want to go to H'pool or similar. Remembering where we were and where they were at that time it's unbelievable that anyone would think that was a step up!! Unfortunately it's a constant reminder of how far we have fallen, comparably, since those times. UTG! I think Hartlepool held the record for the most Re-Election applications and have spent most of their league lives near the wrong end of the lowest division. I come from the same era and yes, its a stark reminder of where we are now that we rub shoulders with them and others who were perennial strugglers but the leagues don't lie and that should be our great incentive!

Ronnie Moore sacked at Hartlepool, so a bit like Wardy the miracle worker of last season couldnt keep it going this season. I guess thats the end of Ellis' involvement there.

...what do we want to see?
D&R v Wycombe - Home win obviously, keeps Wycombe away from us, and more pressure on Yeovil.
Hartlepool v Stevenage - Home win, no real impact on us, but would put Yeovil back in the mire. Is Ellis still at Hartlepool?
Oxford v Mansfield - Tough one. A Draw because it means a point is lost from the total available and neither one gains too much over us, or a Home win because it keeps Mansfield below us, or an Away win because it keeps Oxford and the third Automatic spot closer? A Draw or Away win for me for the reasons given. He was in the gym yesterday walking with a pronounced limp!

Mildenhall 7 a competent game Leadbitter 7 some good running and crossing, did well when 4-4-2 J. Clarke 7 reliable as always Lockyer 8.5 immaculate as usual Parkes 9 M.o.M his best game in a Rovers shirt Brown 7.5 steady game Mansell 7 I think we missed him when we changed to 4-4-2 Sinclair 7.5 cover every blade of grass Lines 7 ok,i just wish he'd make more surging runs Taylor 7 should have scored but worked tirelessly Gaffney 8.5 only Parkes stopped him being m.o.m Subs: Bodin 7 looked bright Montano 7 some excellent crosses including the one which resulted in our goal Easter 6.5 should have come on earlier Crowd 8 well up for it Ref 6 let a lot go but he did let the game flow, seen many worse Plymouth 8.5 the strongest side I've seen this season, they'll go up.

The appeal hearing is, what, two weeks today? I would guess that if nothing has been said to stop the appeal then nothing will be agreed until after the judges had down their decision, which could be weeks, possibly not until March/April. Already looking forward to the April Fool's Day posts. On which note and as I am so often wrong (at least that is what my wife tells me) then expect all to be revealed on 28 January once NH has had his day(s) in court. I've got a wife like that too!!

The words that are always used by Nick Day when the board goes up are " the referee has indicated that there will a MINIMUM of X minutes to be added" It is probably above Cotterills intelligence to work out that 4 minutes may drift into 5 or 6 depending on what happens in the first 4. I was always taught to play to the whistle and. not the clock

I wouldn't pay twenty pence to watch the sh**. If they played in my back garden I'd draw the curtains. I'd shoot them for trespassing. I'd set the dog on 'em!!
